This place has really gone downhill. You can't even buy toothpaste here because everything is locked up and they don't have any employees to open the cases.

Popped in today to grab a single item - the store is a mess, empty shelves in several sections, and a bunch of stuff is locked behind cabinets that require staff assistance. Won't stop into this location again.

Jasmine, located in the pharmacy, is a gem. Very nice disposition, cordial and friendly. As someone that is huge on customer service (& that works in the industry herself), watching her interact with the customer before me and myself was a joy.
