I was at the pharmacy check out today. Long line, only one register open. Another register was opened and a women cut the line and was served at the recently opened line. When I politely questioned the clerk about this, she refused to serve me. I only go here because it's within walking distance. High prices, poor service.

As a licensed physician the pharmacist refused my script. She was rigid and very unprofessional. Walgreens filled it. HGo someplace else.

INAPPROPRIATE COMMENT BY EMPLOYEE: I am just now leaving this CVS knowing I will not return. I walked into the store and the greeter said "good morning to me" and I replied saying "good morning" back, never stopping, just walking. I kept walking and as I passed him he yelled to me "I like blondes!" followed by "I mean I like your hair." Clearly he knew he messed up by catcalling me and was trying to recover. I put my head down and just kept walking to the back and hid in the corner of the minute clinic because I needed to be here for work. Since I put my head down I didn't fully read his name tag, but it was something along the lines of "Serja" and he was the greeter this morning (7/35/2023) at 8:58 when I walked in and at 9:20 when I left.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! I have been there four times this week to pick up a life sustaining medication- I've spent hours in line to pick up this one prescription. I never got close to the counter so last chance today - I go there 7:45 am, thinking they open at 8 am - nope they open at 10 am, so I go back at 9:40 am to stand in line before the open. Get to the counter to find out - the price is 6x higher than it is suppose to be, that it is only a 30 day supply instead of 90 day, which will then end up costing 18x more- $180 vs $10 I usually pay. So guess what after all that - I'm directed now to stand in a DIFFERENT line - I'm not kidding.I asked for prescription to be transferred to different pharmacy- guess what - that's a different line! So I don't have the medication I need to prevent a stroke while I fly on an airplane tomorrow.CVS is a death trap - it is not medicine- it will kill you.

Worst pharmacy. Always get different answers from whichever person is working. Rx is ready or not ready. Rx is out of stock, oh wait, we have it for a week. Using CostPlus now and am super happy with Mr Cubans company.

Large clean store, fast service. Very long line at pharmacy, but because they had two registers open it moved very quickly. Has a minute clinic. Plenty of parking.

This pharmacy has a lot of quality and service issues. The pharmacy is consistently out of product and always have items on back order. Script fulfillment is severely lacking.

I came here for a covid test. This isn't my normal location but it's the only one who had appointments available for the next day so I came here. I've gotten tested at a different location back in April so I know how quick and easy it is. I was literally in and out in less than 10 minutes so I was expecting the same thing. So I get to CVS about 10 minutes early for my 12:00pm appointment and then ended up having to wait an additional 45 minutes. Never once seeing a pharmacist or Dr. Plus there's no one at the desk to assist with check in so every time someone showed up, they just stood around aimlessly for a few minutes waiting for an employee or someone to say something or acknowledge them.Another patient eventually went up to an employee to complain about the wait and that's when we finally saw the Dr come out. There was 3 of us waiting with appointment times of 12, 12:20 and 12:30. Yet no one saw a pharmacist until 12:50 when we complained about the wait time. What's the point of making an appointment for a particular time if I'm just going to have to wait an hour anyway?! I had other things to do today so now I'm running late! Never coming here again!

Extremely bad service Charged me $40 for flu shot AFTER giving me the shot, they should notify customers about any charges before giving flu shot I can get it free at work or any other clinicThis should be illegal!!!

I was trying for 2 days to get my Pfizer #covid19 booster shot. When I awoke at 4 am Friday and checked the cvs.com website again the CVS at this location was the only one near me that had any available appointments. I grabbed one for 10:15 am that day! I've been to this store a few times since moving to Silver Spring MD as I was working nearby or getting gas at the Shell gas station just across the street. Adjacent to the pharmacy there is a vaccination center and a Minute Clinic. I used the texted link to check in for my booster shot upon entering the store and then checked in at the pharmacy counter as the message directed. Opposite the vaccination center there's a waiting area with a blue wall. My name was called about 7 minutes later. I sat in a backless chair in the vaccination room when being given my booster shot. I really do not like getting shots and this one had quite a stinging sensation that continued more than an hour after getting poked by the needle! I had to wait 15 minutes at the store in case of side effects from the shot. Plus I had to pick up my transferred prescription as the CVS nearest my home is closing permanently! The transfer & pick up of it occurred without any problems. All the pharmacy employees and those on the sales floor and at the checkout area were efficient and friendly and helpful. This included the assistance at the self checkout station when my extra care rewards seemed to be in error on the Lindt dark chocolate bar I purchased to help me forget that my upper arm was sore and still stinging. There's a few final things to mention about this CVS. It has plenty of parking. And despite looking a little dated from the outside on the inside it's been remodeled.
