They have the products at the wrong prices, I bought a face moisturizer that was $25 at the counter and they charged me $50 at the cashier and the lady's excuse is that she doesn't know who moved them (it's a counter that only she has the key to)

Tewodros is the pharmacist, and he is amazing. My insurance was denying benefits, so he called and tried to get them to fix the problem, all the while helping other customers to keep them from waiting too long. He is a gem!

Terrible Customer Service/ Lack of overall decencyI went to this CVS to get a flu shot and COVID vaccine/booster. I booked an appointment for 2:30pm because my cvs and any nearby didn't have any available appointments. I called ahead of time to let them know I was on the way and they told me "okay they will be there till 5pm and are ready for me". But once I arrived I found out they ran out of the COVID vaccine this MORNING. So of course I'm upset and I simply mention maybe that's something they should call and tell people. Then I wouldn't have to waisted my time. They then proceed to tell me they don't make calls since I scheduled both the flu and COVID their policy is to just tell people upon arrival. I then make the point that well if I scheduled both then wouldn't you think I wanted both. So a phone call would have given me the opportunity to cancel and schedule at another location.I then try to get the Flu shot only to be told they don't take my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. I then again mention well that's something else you could have called and informed me. Or you (cvs) should at least have noted when signing up to make an appointment. They said well that's a recent change as of beginning of this year that they no longer work with my insurance for flu shots. Which I then make the point that well that's plenty of time for cvs to just make a simple update while signing up. So I cancel my appointment and walk out without either vaccine but instead the number for the feedback department.

Constantly short staffed. Neither the store nor the app will let you know they don't have your meds--until you show up and then find out it's too late to get it transferred somewhere else.

WORSE pharmacy I have ever used. I am taking my business elsewhere. They hound you to be on automatic refills, then the answering service says it's being refilled, then you get to wait 30 min in line only to find out it was, in fact, NOT refilled bc you're out of refills. But it's after 5:00 pm, so can't call the Drs office...so, no meds for me tomorrow !!??!!&@$!?$&

Worst pharmacy in 2023! Lately, to pick up your prescription, you have to stand in very long lines. There isn't enough help at the pharmacy counter to ring up customers. Often there is only one cashier. Only occasionally there are 2 cashiers but not for long. I've tried going first thing in the morning and late in the evening. It doesn't matter what time you go, they just don't have enough staff to help customers. Sometimes there are 10-12 people in line. If you need to ask about your prescription that's another line and another wait. I have even had difficulty lately getting my prescription. It takes days for CVs to get my refill delivered to the store. This pharmacy is in my neighborhood and I have gone there for many years but the customer service has become so terrible, I'm going to have to find another pharmacy even if it's far away. They really don't deserve 1 star. If there was a zero star option, I would give them that. Find another pharmacy.

If you want to know what a pharmacy felt like in the last days of the Soviet Union, this is your spot. Last two times I had a prescription submitted here, they did not have the medicine. One was Amoxycillin, which is a staple antibiotic. They didn't even bother to call and let me know until I went to pick it up, and then told me I was responsible for transferring the prescription to another CVS. Have your doctor send your prescriptions to a different pharmacy, or you'll be wasting your time.

I really do not write reviews, but after my experience at this CVS with the Pharmacist, this was the least I can do to say Thank You for going above and beyond. I was visiting Maryland with my family, and one of my boys suffers from Allergies, he needed his inhaler which I did not have. It was a little bit after 8pm, I explained my situation to the Pharmacist who in turn facilitated the script being called in and filled it right away. I was out of the pharmacy by 8:35pm. Not to mention my son felt so much better. As a mother, I truly appreciated the pharmacist helping me. Thank you Pharmacist Kalkidan M. (Kallie).

I work in healthcare and this has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I'm sure part of the problem is the CVS megalith that understaffs the pharmacy for the level of business. But the folks that do staff it are not problem solvers. They didn't have enough of a medication we needed and we're going to send me elsewhere rather than think creatively about how to get us a few days worth of medicine. The poor cashier had to actually do the mixing of the medication. He is the only one that seemed to care.

Came here for vaccines. The intake was very slow. They seemed to have significant issues simply inputting information. The vaccination process is beyond slow. We waited an hour to get a shot. We arrived on time. The line was 5 folks long. The pharmacist, giving the shots provides 1 shot and leaves for several minutes at a time. The line is now 9 folks long. This place seems grossly under staffed. Likely a high risk of failure. Disappointing and concerning for the CVS brand.

Not my favorite CVS. The last several times, the door at the front has been closed and you have to go all the way around to the back. There is usually one employee here who is assisting with the self-checkout lines. There is a super long line there too. I don't always find what I'm looking for here. Sigh! Plenty of better options around!

I drove across town to pick up an item that CVS site said was in stock at this location. Once I arrived to the store I was not greeted by not one sales associate and when I asked for assistance not one worker was happy to assist. The worker claimed that she could not locate the product. She was not successful at helping with locating the item at another store or any of my questions. Poor experience. Poor customer service. No excuse because the store was not busy at all.
