I ordered flowers and it was supposed to be same day delivery and it was not. I received a message saying it was and then to find out it was not. Then I called the customer service and they wanted to tell me that it was delivered and gave a time and then told after digging deeper when I said I want my money back. They said oh we see it was not truly delivered. They finally delivered the next day and then the flowers was not even close to what I ordered. Then the card in the box is not even where I ordered from. Don’t waste your time ordering with them

Friendly staff. Called in an order and got same day delivery with fresh floral bouquet that lasted 2 weeks. 2nd time ordering and will be my go to for that area.

Duped again. My daughter spent more money, sending me flowers through Teleflora and Creative floral designs was assigned as florist. Here's what I got versus what she purchased. You really should not be in the florist business if you think this is what the floral arrangement should look like.l and is acceptable. My daughter doesn't have a lot of money and you are stealing from her pulling the bait and switch.

Edit: Called and asked for a refund. Spoke with Donna. She was UNapologetic whatsoever and made excuses of how they were closed due to the holiday. As a customer, I should have been notified that the order could NOT be filled that day as I ordered over a week in advance. I do NOT recommend this place.Very disappointed with this flower shop. I ordered flowers over a week ago for delivery today only for the store to be closed. No notifications from them prior stating that they would be unable to deliver the flowers and nowhere on their website does it state they would be closed today. Will be requesting a full refund!

My boyfriend ordered from Teleflora.com which connected him to Creative floral. It was my birthday and he ordered me red roses, when delivered they were wilted with black burned edges. I took photos these past three days. Delivered, day 1 to day 3 (today). He was so disappointed and so was I once I found out what he was charged for one box of Russell Stover chocolate and 18 red roses ($148). Very disappointed in the quality and condition. In addition, he ordered them on my birthday and he was notified they were in fact delivered however, when I got to work they were not delivered and he had to chase them. They were finally delivered the following day after and in this bad condition. See photos!

Friend received flowers for being there in time of need, Flowers arrived on time, and were beautiful. I live in California so only had internet to go by. Thank you for delivering such beautiful flowers to a special friend.

I was completely sold on using sweet dreams when I found out she makes cakes with butter-cream frosting and not just that nasty fondant stuff. So not only was my cake visually stunning, but it was delicious! Some of the guests even told us it was the best wedding cake they have ever tasted.

I had a small budget and wanted an arrangement for my boyfriend that was romantic yet masculine. He's a sculptor and architect, so he appreciates texture, colour and form. The florist was soo good at translating the flowers I picked into a beautiful and unique expression of exactly what I was going for.

They last a very long time considering they are cut flowers, and even when I have most recently chosen the art director bouquet, where they get to choose the flowers, it is absolutely stunning.
