Received an unexpected arrangement. It was stunning. Each pedal on every flower was pristine, as were the leaves and greens. They're holding up very well. Since everything was so perfect, I wondered if the arrangement had been gathered from flowers and greenery inside the van then assembled just before reaching the subdivision. Never seen such freshness and beauty.

FUNEAL FLOWERS DELIVERED 6 HOURS LATE. I Ordered flowers through 1800Flowers. Citiflowers picked up the job. Because there was no delivery time in the special instructions Citiflowers called me to confirm a time. Great!! However, whoever confirmed the delivery time NEVER put that time on the actual schedule. My flowers were to be delivered between 9am and 9:30am, they arrived at 2:50pm!! Why call me toconfirm a time if you are no going to put it on the schedule?When I called to get an answer I was hung up on. Not the type of people to do business with.

Every year my granddaughter sends me flowers for mother's day. I always get a lovely arrangement. This year they came from citiflowers and I hope never again. They didn't knock, left a vase of flowers that looked like it had fallen over and someone just shoved them back in the vase. 1 star for the flowers but zero stars for the business. Very disappointed. Do better.

The bouquet was delivered on time to my work. It was sent by my husband as a surprise. It was a very nice surprise. The flowers were beautiful and the vase was beautiful as well. My husband said that the flowers were a little bit smaller than he expected, because he paid for a “deluxe” bouquet. But I loved them. I was happy to receive them for that special day!The flowers also last long time. I think that it’s an important matter too. It’s today and they are still looking good. I received them almost two weeks ago.I do recommend this place.Thank you for reading.

A birthday gift of flowers were left on my front porch Friday 2/17, not in a box and unprotected from our coldest day yet. No one rang the doorbell although I was home all day. Had my son not noticed when he came from work they would likely have sat outside overnight. Unsuccessfully, I tried phoning Citiflowers Sat, Mon and today; went to recording saying the message box was full, so i couldn't leave a message. No way to do business!!!. How could I EVER recommend you.

My mom ordered from 1-800-flowers for my birthday and she paid extra and they never delivered at 9am like they were supposed to. 1-800-flowers said they were delivered at 11:45am but were no where to be found. I live in DC so beware if ordering from 1-800-flowers.

Don't order from 1-800-flowers they use this shop and this shop sucks. My sender spent extra money for this shop to deliver flowers at 9am and the order said delivered at noon and the flowers were no where to be found. They didn't deliver until late that night and didn't ring the doorbell or nothing. My sender customized the flowers in my favorite colors and the flower colors that came were not at all what was in the custom design.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had.I ordered from "from you flowers" 3 days ago and they used Citi flowers as their florist. Flowers were suppossed to be delivered 2 days ago. I got an email saying it was delivered but the recipient never got them. So I called them the following day and apparently the flowers were sent back because they said they didn't have the floor or room number even though I provided it. But the worst part is they didn't bother to call me and let me know. I had to call. They were not even aware because Citi flowers (whom they were trying to keep a secret but I found out from the delivery driver by asking him where he picked up the flowers from)didn't inform them. They then said they will deliver it again the same day I was on the phone with them. Guess what? No delivery. I called again the following day and again clue less as can be. Then we tried again one last time today. This time they had to call me when they got there to make sure everything goes well. Well the delivery driver called me when he was almost there. We made sure the flowers got to the intended person. FINALLY!!! you would think....but nope...they didn't deliver the teddy bear, balloons and the flowers didn't look anything remotely close to what is advertised. I didn't expect them to look exactly the same. But something close. So, again, I called them and they didn't know anything about it. Please please save your self the headache, frustration and dissapointment and not order from them From you flowers or Citi flower's. .

I was really disappointed. The flowers did not have a nice vase as in the picture, the arrangement was smaller than what I thought I was paying for. I paid for a deluxe size but the flowers look to be a regular size.and they were left out on my steps and all of us were home. No one knocked on the door.

My sweet daughters sent me a Mother's Day bouquet. When one of them saw a picture, she was disappointed at the size. They paid for a large arrangement and a "Mother's Day card. The arrangement was sparse and did not look like the advertised flowers. The card was a basic florist note. The flowers were dying the morning after they were delivered. I love the effort my daughters made, but I am sad that they spent money on this, and I am betting it was not cheap! I have tried to contact the florist, and they are not answering and mailbox is full.

Flower arrangement delivered late in the evening of 2/14/22 with no water in the vase and some flowers were broken. I forgot to take a picture because I was just so upset that I just filled the vase with water and reached out to the company but no answer. It's horrible that you'll took the senders money and really delivered the goods damaged and the delivery guy was nonchalant and said here to my son and yeah the water came out. #CustomerServiceIsKey.

I highly recommend Citiflowers! The arrangements are beautiful and affordable and will light up anyone’s day. The staff is amazing and a special shout out to Brian who went the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service!

I must say I have had the worst experience with this florist that I've ever had with a floral business. I ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday. The order was place 5 days prior to the delivery day requested. And never delivered. I called several times with no answer and a voicemail that wasn't accepting messages. Eventually, I drove to the establishment which was a warehouse in a back alley. Upon entering I was greeted by a women who was unable to help me so she called the owner on the phone. He was apologetic and promised to have the arrangement deliver that evening and reimburse me the cost. Well the next day at noon the flowers still weren't delivered and there is still no answer to telephone. My money had not been reimbursed and i can't leave a message.

Flowers delivered from this business were totally unsatisfactory. Several stems had to be thrown out. Arrangement looked like it was retrieved from the trunk of a car.
