Been contemplating posting this for a long time now, bc all the negative reviews have embodied my experience working with this shop, but I just came across my paperwork and costs for fixing my BMW and was instantly angered again.... Tyrone completely destroyed my BMW during his wrap process, and lost my OEM wheels and pretty much all of my trunk panels to the convertible which caused trunk leaks. I had to replace every piece that was lost or damaged and was promised repayment for all of my corrective spending. I also had to take the car to a totally different shop to have them fix his mistakes and complete the job. He had the car for almost a year and still has not reimbursed me for the damages that he caused and it's been some years. Reached out to him a few times about a payment plan for my 3k and he disappears everytime. Oh and the lies he tells are insane, unnecessary, and obvious.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Scammed me for $800 deposit and did not finish the job or refund after keeping my $55K car for 3 weeks. Go to hell Tyrone. I hope you suffer slowly in karma!

I was looking for car wraps around my area on google. The owner Tyrone answered and told me he can do the job. He told me it will take 5 days to do and currently he is wrapping from home due to the corona virus. I said ok that's fine. I bring my car on the Thursday July 23rd after speaking with him on the phone Monday July 21st. He then, asked for a deposit which I gave through Zelle. I kept getting promises that it will be done soon after waiting 5 days as promised originally. His excuse is him working at an electrical day job. I kept asking for updates on the car everyday which I never got a picture until the 14th day which looks like he JUST STARTED. I decided to be nice and wait longer. After waiting 21 days and my car is still not done I ask for my car back because at this point I am beyond heated. When I got my car back after 21 days my sensors are not working. The mechanic who gave the car back said to give Tyrone a call if it's still not working by tomorrow. I text Tyrone to see when is a good time to come for him to fix it and I need my deposit back. He refuses to give my $800 deposit back, ignores my texts about fixing the sensors and is being difficult. So at this point I'm FED UP so now, I have to spend more money to go fix what he broke and go wrap my car elsewhere. Waste of my time and money. Tyrone, you should take your site down off google, stop answering calls, stop taking cars and kick rocks for a living !!!

I will always try to support black men trying establish a business for themselves but customer service is very important. With that being said I have showed much patience and understanding.. I'm still waiting to be treated like those spending more $$

I'm not the type of customer to write scathing reviews-- but take it from me (and the other 1 star reviews on Google and ALL of the 1-star reviews on Yelp) that CCA Wraps is the WORST business you could ever take your vehicle to. Before I had my car taken to the shop, I referred a few friends to Tyrone (he runs the shop). One of my friends went to get some new headlights-- Tyrone misled him and lied for over a month. No work ever got done, he damaged his car, and essentially just held the car hostage. Finally my friend got his car back and swore against ever going to CCA again. Still, another one of my friends went to CCA to get tints-- he made an appointment and Tyrone never showed up. He never texted him back or called him either. Sure enough, I sent my friend to Hallstar Tints that very same day and he walked out with a perfect job just minutes later. Another one of my friends was able to get tints on his brand-new Model 3 and it came out with bubbles-- the issue still hasn't been solved. Still, I took a leap of faith and sent $80,000 Mercedes CLS for Tyrone to do a paint correction. He constantly delayed the service and once he finally had the car, he had me pick it up (thinking that it was done) and when I got there, he said I'd need to bring it back for one more round of paint correction. His shop is 40 minutes away from me yet I held my patience and brought the car back. I picked the car up after all was said and done and noticed scratches and blemishes where he completely burned through the car's paint. I immediately let Tyrone know and he said he would do whatever it takes "to make it right". He had me take the car to Diamond Auto Body-- they quoted $1600 for repairs and Tyrone showed some hesitation to pay that large sum. So I offered Tyrone an alternative course of action: 1) Pay me $600 to have 1/3 body panels repainted 2) Vinyl wrap my Dodge Durango and 3) he agreed himself to do a ceramic wrap on my Benz to apologize for the inconvenience. Fast forward 2 months and NONE of that has been taken care of. I've dropped my Dodge Durango for over 2 weeks-- back and forth a dozen times and he had it partially wrapped with scratches everywhere and bubbling wrap. I took the SUV back again for him to take care of it-- and even though he said he was re-doing the wrap, I saw on the car's camera (that I can remotely check) that NO work was being done on the car. When I picked it up, Tyrone pretended that the wrap was new-- but I could CLEARLY tell that it was the same as before and that NO new wrap had been done. In terms of the $600 in damages-- Tyrone comes up with a new excuse every week as to why he hasn't paid me yet. Sometimes his paycheck hasn't cleared, other times he plain just ignores my request for the money. I've wasted so much time and money at his shop and despite giving Tyrone chance after chance, I've decided to give him one more day since he said he will come to MY home and finish the work. If he does not do that tomorrow and pay me my $600 in damages, I'll have no choice but to take legal action and take him to small claims court. Do NOT, under any circumstance, take your vehicle to this shop. The owner shows a repeating pattern of lies and excuses and while he shows that he is accountable, he does absolutely nothing to make up for the damages he's caused you.

alright guys, so ive followed this company on instagram @cca.wraps for awhile read lots of reviews. there's about 3 bad ones that really give you mixed signals, however I tried them anyway. Now grated I'm a female so I was already expecting the run around or high pricing just because ive had other experiences at other shops so.... made an appointment with Ty who runs the shop on a Friday, it rained hard that day so he did tell me it wasn't a good idea for a wrap that day, kinda threw me off but I googled it and he was truthful after all. next appointment was Tuesday , he works full time so his window for wrap installs during the week was kinda tight so I offered him Sunday. arrived to the shop on time , he was ready to do my wrap. I got my rally stripes done on my challenger done , calipers painted and tail lights tinted. Now I don't know much about wrap I know how bad wraps look , but I must say HANDS DOWN Ty has the SKILLLLLLLLZZZZZZ for the wrap and car customizing. I wanted some boring blue color he offered me a brush metal color with blue outlining ... Beautiful idea RIGHT ?! I will forever recommend him. I feel like if u can work around his schedule he will take care of u.
