Excellent service! The staff is beyond helpful and nice. This is my go to parts store whenever I need to buy something for my car especially when it's time for an oil change. My dad recommended this location years ago because he goes there as well and i havent switched to another location till this day. Thank you sm for the great customer service?

Bought a battery in November 2023. It died twice on me by March 2024 and when I took the car into the dealership they failed the battery for a defect. Carquest would not refund the battery because it did not fail their tests. They do not perform the charging time test that the dealership used to fail the battery.

Very pleasant personnel, actually answered the phone at 0730! Gave me all options for different car batteries. I'll keep on patronizing the establishment as long these good employees are still there.

The store itself is fine and very convenient but they have this silly system of a two tier pricing system .online and in store . If you want cheaper online price you have to order online than wait anywhere from 10-30 minutes for them to receive order .

Associates might not be bothered if you enter the store. Some have no automotive knowledge whatsoever, especially the lady at the register.
