I don't like writing reviews but when they exceed my expectations good or bad I do take my time to write them.
I'm not sure if they changed owners but I had previously requested their services and they have always been reasonable with the price from where you get picked up to where you drop off. I've sent so many people to them because of that. This last time was only 5 min away from home and he charged me $185.00 he said now it's being charged from where they come to your aid and not how far it is to your destination from the pickup spot. We are all struggling out here I'm not asking for a free job but I will ask for you to be reasonable and understanding how we are all out here struggling.

This company towed my buddy's 2023 Lordstown Endurance ev that has four electric motors (one per wheel). They used a regular wrecker without dollys and burned up two of the motors. They will not take responsibility for damaging the truck the only response from the owner was to call my lawyer we are not responsible.

This is the worst towing service, my people, I don't recommend them. I had an accident and I called them and the day I was going to pick up my car they told me it was 1850 dollars just to move it 2 miles and 400 dollars for 4 days that they had it at their house. In total he was charging me 2250 dollars. Truly, my people, this guy is a scammer... I don't recommend him to you ???

Five stars to Carlito and his towing team! They had zero availability on a Sunday afternoon, they decided to get it done at 10 o’clock Sunday night on an emergency move. We all know how it is to get someone to answer late at night! Much less receive excellent service and a few high-fives at the end. I would definitely recommend them!

My car needed to be towed from DC after being vandalized. Carlitos was there with the hour and billed my insurance company. Great service, pleasant and informative.

I just got my van towed yesterday, durian is the worker who picked us up. He had no uniform and wasn’t polite and hung up on my mom in mid sentence. When he finally arrived and picked me up he started lifting the van up with us in it! We had to tell him to let us get out first like he didn’t know what protocol is. He also wasn’t a good driver tailgating other cars while we were going to our destination. I’m very disappointed how this guy does his job.

Our insurance towing service was going to take 60-90 minutes to get to us, so we googled nearby towing companies and tried Carlitos. He answered right away and after sending him a couple photos of where the car was and the address of where it was going, Carlitos had a tow truck to us in 10 minutes. The driver was efficient and knowledgeable and quickly problem solved a few difficulties that came up. The price we were charged was the same as was quoted to us by another company and seemed fair. We would definitely recommend Carlitos.
