The outside of my car looks spanking new! The interior surface looks very shiny & clean, too! However, when I folded down my third row, it wasn't vacuumed. The spaces between the sliding doors weren't wiped down either. Small crevices here and there were left untouched. Overall, it was a decent job, and I would have given a 4.7-star rating, but that option isn't available.

Highly recommend! I can't say enough good things about this professional business. The customer service was outstanding. They were very accommodating to my hectic schedule. Alex and the crew did a great job! I was happy at the end when he did a thorough walk-through and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Can't wait to book with them next month!

I try not to leave a review because they clean the car and the woman that I spoke to was setting. The appointment was decent enough. This has been the completely unprofessional experience from start to finish. I set the appointment for Sunday at 9 AM and two days before the appointment they called me and asked me to do 1 PM. So I said OK. The day of the appointment they called me at 1 PM and told me that they were going to be 35 minutes late. At 2 PM they were still not there so I called to reschedule. I rescheduled for next Sunday at 8 AM. They called me at 8 AM to tell me that they were going to be an hour late. They were an hour and a half late. When they arrived, I asked approximately and they told me an hour after 2 1/2. I asked them how much longer they told me approximately 30 minutes. after about 50 minutes, I looked out the window to check on my car and they were not there. I went outside to be sure that they were not there and they were not. When I called the guy he told me he was going to call me right back and hung up. he called me back and told me that the other guy would be back because he went to the bathroom. The other guy came back 30 minutes later. When he returned, I noticed that everything was thrown away from the glove compartment in the middle compartment. Including my title. I would not trust them with a remote control car.

They did such a great job on my car that I now refuse to take it out of the garage. I've had stains on the visor and in the middle console in the back for years that I thought would never come out. They have my car looking almost like new!
