I hope the managers redo a customer service training seeing as tho the entire branch needs it

Razina was great on Saturday. She was very helpful and walked me through setting up an account. Very patient and kind. Glad I transferred to this bank from another bank.

Prolly the worse bank branch I’ve been too. They move super slow, many people left out of line because of over 30 minutes wait times. Severely understaff ,I will be closing my account

Terrible service here at this branch. Inattentive, over not helpful. If you have simple banking needs maybe it's ok, but anything beyond, the staff is helpless and rude.

Decline of services since taking over Chevy Chase Bank, especially the 360 iteration. Almost all perks eliminated for high-balance customers, untimely statements lacking detail, Fees for everything. Recently hacked...took 6 mo. to acknowledge fault and reimburse. Still haven't admitted breach of their security. Ease of telephone banking the only positive feature.

The ATMs at this location are 3 they don't have variety of bills only 1ATM machine provides 20$ notes the rest only 1's I don't know why. but this is very inconvenient other than that the cashiers are very professional and outstanding Thank you!!

Capital One over advertises and under performs. Previously, I thought that Capital One was an average bank but now that rating is too high. Recently the bank decided to move all its accounts to a subsidiary. In the process the interest rates were lowered and features were removed or reduced or kept with a new charge. Then the bank decided that it could not pay bills without a five day window. It sent out a letter announcing that you must set up a pay date in addition to the due date on payments. However, the letter gave no information as to how that was to be done. When called, nobody (including the "technical people" had a clue as to how to set the pay date. In fact most of the personnel were unaware that the requirement was being set up. Then the bank sent out new debit cards with an on-line activation process that did not work for me. It takes a lot of time to figure out the latest Capital One changes and it is most frustrating when there is no implementation instruction or the instruction does not work. The bank should get changes right first and then tell their customers about it. They advertised having coffee bars in its branches but my branch just put out a coffee pot.

Been banking here for at least 15+ years and love this bank. I left another bank who charged me for everything but sneezing! This place is like "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. I started a small business ten years ago this month, and they were so helpful and got me the right solutions that I needed.

The employees of this bank branch are polite and very friendly, helps to understand the most difficult banking situations. Customers interests will always come fist, I'm lucky to live next to this branch and use their services.
