I ordered Zoo Poo plus topsoil. 4 cubic yards for $260 including delivery. What we received was literally 50% clay. I’m talking large lumps of solid clay. Rock hard when dry and you could mould a mug out of it when wet. I asked them to sort this out, there’s no way I can grow vegetables in that. They offered $50 in return, laughable. I said no, I now had a massive pile of dirt in the driveway. After weeks of wrangling, they said ok, we’ll come to remove it… great! They turned up and removed about 1/4 of it and left the rest. I was done. End of story. Not going back. The one star is because throughout they were at least responsive and courteous. But in terms of end product - zero stars.

Arrived just before 5 on a Friday afternoon. I had called before I came and been told they closed at 6pm not 5.The people to help had left a bit early ( it had rained ). The gentleman who was there ( not one of the manual laborers) was exceptionally helpful. He could have just said ‘They are gone’ or ‘Not my job’. Instead he left what he was doing and loaded 10 bags of mulch into my car, and was exceptionally polite and kind.Thank you soo much Sir. You made my day - actually my whole weekend!! Blessings upon you and your family.

Brookville Landscape Supply is a hidden gem in Silver Spring, which is why I'm so hesitant to rate it positively. It has really quality product at a very affordable rate - much more affordable then the big box stores.

They only accept cash and check to pay, it will be good if they accept credit cards to pay. Staff very friendly and efficient.

For a lawn renovation I had 8 yards of topsoil and 4 yards of compost mixed and delivered. It smelled amazing and my grass came in without any weeds. I will definitely be working with them again when I order compost for the garden.
