Boost has horrible cellular service. Customer service is poor. Tech support is incompetent. Recommend picking another provider. 0 stars.

So awful. Zero customer service or respect. Refuse to help with any phone issues. I'm shocked Boost allows this place to bear the name. I understand it's a franchise and independently owned, but totally worth the trip to Montgomery Village, where our problem was resolved in a few minutes after we walked out of this one and will never come back.

Terrible Customer Service! would not return phone 7 days after purchase... blu tooth doesn't work..... I didn't do anything to the phone and I still have the receipt...
