“The team at Far East Motors is friendly and helpful. They give a detailed report of any repairs and costs before beginning work. They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. They have diagnosed AC/vent issues, cooling system repairs, have replaced our brakes,
done suspension work, tire repair, and general maintenance work on our cars. They always keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. They are a great local small business, I really can’t recommend them enough. John and his team stand behind their work and I trust their recommendations for my vehicles. I’ve had great experiences with Far East Motors.”

They had to rebuild my transmission and they did a great job even though they didn't want to do the work at first because of the amount of work involved and their available resources. “Franklin painted my beautiful cabernet red 1985 Mercedes 1985 300SD turbodiesel sedan. Now it looks like it came directly from the showroom floor. The vehicle recently finished first in class at the annual Mercedes Benz Club of America Concours d'Elegance held in Potomac, Maryland. They also did some very challenging rust repair on a 1983 300TD Mercedes station wagon - replaced one of the rear quarter panels below the fuel door. You could not tell they had done the work - perfect metal finishing and paint blending. I highly recommend Franklin's for their old world craftsmanship and solid integrity.Service: Painting”
“I went to Caliber because the person that hit me had GEICO insurance and this was the closest estimate location. The GEICO adjuster was very helpful and easy to contact. They work seamlessly with Caliber to get your repairs done. My car was returned ahead of schedule, all OEM parts were used. The car was returned to me in excellent condition! The front desk staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly!”

We had a little bit of a miscommunication about which tire I wanted put on my car, which I could've handled better. “I came in for a comprehensive estimate that other body shops refused unless I was willing to have the repairs done with them. I took my car to A Body without an appointment but they had a tech service my car right away. As I was sitting in the waiting room I overheard the staff on the phone with their customers and I have the impression that they only offer to do what is necessary for the customer as I heard the gentleman give the option of having something replaced but that it was not an absolute necessity. Good to know a place isn't trying to overcharge you on things. I'll be back here if I need any future body work done. Prices quoted were also much better than surrounding shops.”

“Very responsive shop! I showed up early with my 6-speed Mustang Coupe with an impressive bash on the passenger door from a run wild Metro vehicle, and so did the owner arrive before opening. I wanted to avoid missing work time and he rose to the occasion with a refreshing sense of urgency. See, I was devastated since I keep my car immaculate and this 2017 didn't have even a scratch. I wanted someone to care for the car and when he assessed the damages, he proved expertise and a clear understanding how to erase the damage. Finished before scheduled, the door and passenger side front fender and quarter panel look like when I fell in love with the car with only 3 miles. Just like when I dropped off the car, they roared the Mustang out of the garage right to the minute of my pick-up time. Impressive! Plus, they promised the paint job the life of the car. “I recently brought in my 2020 Lexus ES 350 for repairs, and overall, it was a great experience. At first, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews, but I made sure to communicate that I wanted original parts to ensure everything fit the way I wanted it—and they delivered. The team was responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Esther was fantastic—she was the one reaching out to keep me posted on progress and always returned my calls promptly, even after I left voice messages.
The car was returned to me within a reasonable time, considering the parts had to be ordered. While there were a few small imperfections when I picked up the car, Esther quickly arranged a time for me to come in and get them fixed. She was happy to help and even washed my car to make up for the inconvenience.
