Ron Askew changed my life in one day at BMW in Silver Spring, MD. I knew exactly what kind of truck I wanted and he fought hard for me to get approved to get my dream car. When I say he put up a fight for me because I didn't have the best credit in the world. He was not going to let "not approve" be an answer. After he gave me the best news that I was approve for my SUV M50i. He made sure all my concerns and questions were answered. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taking care of before I pull off. He was well invested into this as much as I was. I am just grateful Ron made that day happen for me because it wasn't an easy fight, but he wasn't willing to give up. Ron provided the best service so I can walk away that day with my dream car and I DID.

Thank you for my new brakes, rotors, and brake fluid, my car is running smoothly and I have no complaints. You guys even had a promotion going for brakes which was great and perfect timing for me. I appreciate the video to show me exactly what was done and what I’ll need in the future. Great customer service from Chase and the wait wasn't long at all, I was in and out within 2 hours! I was in the market for an electric vehicle and I had three makes in mind. The other two dealerships were okay; the service was high pressure and they left little time assess what they had to offer. When I went to the BMW dealership in Silver Spring, I met Mr. Harold Shelby during the renovations of the main showroom. Since this was both my first time buying an EV and a BMW, Mr. Shelby provided me with some materials about the model and advised me to read it over and decide what I wanted. After a week, I returned to the dealership and submitted a deposit for my production number. Once the vehicle arrived, we arranged a time to meet at the dealership where he unveiled the car; it was quite an experience. After the test drive, he and Matt Dolesh went step-by-step through the vehicle setup and the service package. The car is more than impressive and what you would expect from BMW; however, the service provided by Harold Shelby is the kind that can make a difference when it comes to closing the sale.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, the customer service was exceptional. With Mr. Harold Shelby as my sales rep was very knowledgeable, patient, and helped me find the perfect vehicle per my requirements. The entire process was very smooth and I genuinely feel that they really cared in understanding my needs and my satisfaction. Harold Shelby was always in touch with me listing all the possibilities and with updates on the incoming vehicles and even helped me hold on to the car even after it arrived at the dealership facility as I was out of the country. Mr. Gen Awanohara from the Finance department was really helpful in explaining all the various options that I have and even went an extra mile with recommendations that suit my necessity. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

After visiting multiple dealerships for a few weeks we decided to stop by a BMW dealership for a test drive. My wife and I walked into BMW of Silver Spring and were greeted with a smile by David Davila. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. Hands down, the best in the business. Purchasing a vehicle with David at BMW of Silver Spring was an amazing experience. We didn’t feel forced or pressured to purchase. He is an amazing person overall and will definitely recommend him to our business partners, friends and family. Currently looking to purchase another vehicle with David!

The Service Department does not accept responsibility for damages caused by their staff. I had 2 cars repaired. The SUV was towed in by a rollie, for which we monitored from start to finish, because the car stopped abruptly. As per the Service Department rep, several technicians were brought in to find out why the car would not start. Those checks would undoubtedly include checking the battery in the back of the car. When we got home with the SUV, we noticed that the technician did not put back the panels above the battery. I brought this to the attention of the Service Department rep, who was adamant that no one had been in the back of my vehicle to move the panels. Absurd, especially after paying over $5K for the work! Separately, while my 7 series was in for replacement of the left front air strut and left rear Tiredot, my dash vent was damaged, leaving a piece of the vent on the front passenger side floor. I took pictures and spoke with the Service Department rep about it. He said to bring it in for repairs. When I brought the 7 series in to repair the vent, I was told that there was no way anyone was in my car to cause the damage. The rep told me that I had to pay over $700 to repair the vent. I refused to pay for damage caused by negligent staff. So much for customer service.

Great team at BMW of Silver Spring! I bought a car from 500 miles away, sight unseen and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable that I was getting exactly what I thought. Scott Sohn was very professional and responsive, even on his days off. He and his team took care of the paperwork and helping arrange transportation in a timely manner, I was driving within a week of deal acceptance. When you are buying a used car off the internet, one of the most important things a dealer can do is instill trust in the buyer, and no one did it better than Scott and his team at BMW of Silver Spring.

My BMW of Silver Spring experience was wonderful. I recently purchased a BMW 330i. It was a great experience working with Ron Askew and the team. He was extremely helpful working through my choices and handling all of my requests. I also had the pleasure of working with Karen Herbert who was very knowledgeable and stepped in when Ron was out of the office to assist with questions shortly after my purchase. She quickly resolved my issues and exercised fantastic customer service.

Steer clear of these individuals; their integrity is questionable at best. My initial encounter with Miguel occurred four days ago, during which he provided a quote of $66,000 for a 24 m340i, originally priced at $68,570. Eager to proceed, I requested the necessary details to facilitate a deposit, yet received nothing in response. Subsequently, I received an email from Max, the sales manager, expressing concern over Miguel's performance. Following a conversation with Max, wherein I highlighted Miguel's lackluster communication and the quoted price, he assured me of an investigation and a subsequent update. Regrettably, I never received any follow-up from Max.Today, I decided to contact the establishment once more, seeking assistance from a different sales consultant. I recounted my prior interactions with Miguel and Max, detailing their actions and statements. I made certain to convey the price Miguel had initially quoted. The new consultant promised to revert with information after communicating with his colleagues. In due time, he returned the call, only to inform me that the sole discount they were willing to extend was a mere $500 off an MSRP of $69,870.Such disregard for clear communication, promises, and professionalism has left me profoundly disappointed in this establishment. It is with a heavy heart that I share my disheartening experience, and I sincerely caution others against expecting honesty and reliability from this group.

Ron Askew was my salesperson and he was amazing! He was not pushy, very knowledgeable walked me through the process, super nice, and granted my requests. I was VERY pleased with both him and the finance manager. Car buying is not something that I look forward to, i always feel that because I'm a woman, I have to be on "guard' but did not feel that way this time. I went to three other BMW dealerships prior to coming here and am so glad i waited. I would recommend working with Ron to anyone.

Avoid these people, they're lairs. I called in 4 days ago and got quoted by Miguel for a 24 m340i (original MSRP $68,570) $66,000 final sale price. I asked to send the details to give them the deposit and nothing was sent. I was emailed by their sales manager max about Miguels performance. Max called me and I told him about Miguel's poor communication, and the price he gave me. he said he'll look into it and get back to me. Max never got back to me. Today I call in and ask for a different sales consultant. I told him about my situation and what Miguel and Max have said and done. I also told the new sales consultant about the price Miguel quoted me, he said he'll call back and let me know. He calls back and said that they'll only discount the car of an MSRP of $69,870 $500.

Purchased an M3 competition through Scott Sohn at BMW of Silver Spring and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scott was professional and courteous throughout the entire process and fought to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted out of the car I was building. The finance team is also wonderful and will not pressure you into buying additional warranties/protection plans that you do not want. They are very reasonable, and I highly recommend the entire dealership for their professional conduct and friendliness. I will be making this my BMW dealership of choice from now on!
