WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM!
The word "Pleasant" and car buying are rarely used in the same sentence, but the team at BMW of Silver Spring ensured that my entire car buying experience was just that... PLEASANT! Starting with Sales Adviser, DAVID DAVILA, who ensured I found exactly what I wanted and most importantly at the right price, to Finance, ALLEN KIM who was patient in explaining all my financial options and assisting me in selecting the right terms and last, but not least, JOHN BERTRAND, who provided me with SUPERIOR customer service and nothing but smiles when I needed loaner vehicle to have some post-purchase work conducted on my vehicle.

This is our 3rd BMW purchase from Miguel Mendez @ BMW of Silver Spring, and I have to say, it is very likely we would not have purchased these vehicles had it not been for Miguel. He is extremely professional, patient, well spoken, and knowledgeable. He is available to you all year round to talk to you about your current and your future car. Buying a car from him is what the car-buying experience should be. We 100% recommend him to all our friends and family to go see him when it comes to buying a luxury car. Pedro Delgado was also very, very helpful with us, made it very simple to finalize the paperwork, and go over the warranties and look at our monthly payment.
As for BMW of Silver Spring, we would also recommend them 100%. The team there is super professional, they do their best to put us in a loaner when we take the car to the shop. Our service professional is Delfin Green, he is exceptional, responsive, and always in a good mood. Del listens to you, and he does his best to tend to our needs. Overall, most of the team @ BMW of Silver Spring are very professional and organized, everyone from the front desk to the service department personnel are very respectful. We love that dealership.

My girlfriend took her car in for service at BMW of Silver Spring and needed help understanding some of the car features and issues with her Apple CarPlay. Amit Thanki is an onsite expert in all things BMW, and he spent about 45 minutes advising and answering all of our questions, troubleshooting CarPlay, and even teaching us new things about her SUV. I highly recommend speaking with Amit on your next visit!

Joy my service Technician at BMW if Silver Spring she took care of my car and her professionalism gave me the confidence to trust her to get me back in the road to trace to Florida! Please tell her she was amazing in her job and thank you for everyone who helped us in fixing my BMW especially when they didn’t tried to sell us another car! I wish I could take my car for service here at BMW of Silver Spring dealership! Thank you!?

Brandi was awesome, as usual! She explained every finding and was so accommodating. I appreciate the video of inspection so much, as well. I was just a bit disappointed that the service done wasn’t followed by a car wash and I asked for the car to be plugged into the EV charger after service, which wasn’t done.

Since 2015, I have leased four X-1's from Silver Spring BMW. I keep coming back for two reasons: #1 - I love the car. #2 - Equally importantly, I love Karen Herbert. Karen is a treasure, and Mile One should do whatever is necessary to keep her happy. She has been able to find me exactly the car I want at the most competitive price and arrange unbelievably attractive financing options. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, personable, creative, responsive and totally focused on customer satisfaction. One of the things I like best about Karen is that she's all business. No slick sales job. No BS'ing. If there's something she can do to help, she'll do it. If not, she'll tell you. No wasting time. No false promises. Just gives it to you straight. And at the end of the day, you get the best product at the best price. When something works, you should stick with it, and that's why my fifth X-1 will come from Karen Herbert and Silver Spring BMW.

Amit, the BMW Genius Silver Spring BMW works with, has been truly excellent in helping me navigate the many, many options and menus my new car has. He’s patiently answered my many questions and has even suggested a number of settings and options I wouldn’t otherwise have discovered on my own. He’s proven indispensable as I’ve learned how to take advantage of all the great things my car has to offer.
