Today, 08/13/2024, I went to the bank to be served and witnessed a horrible scene.
A customer yelled at the employees and especially at the manager.
The manager tried to minimize the situation, but the customer banged on the door, wanting the person the manager was helping to leave so she could serve him.
I have never seen such rudeness in my life.
And the manager remained calm and apologized for what happened.
The customer's attitude was regrettable.
