I live few blocks away from this local and visit them regularly. Since I have multiple bank accounts and visit most banks. But I can tell you this one is the worst of all! It took hours someone to come and talk to us about our appointment.

I came to the White Oak branch with my father by appointment so that we could open a checking account for the business. We had to miss our initial appointment time, but Jerry was still happily waiting for us when we arrived. Jerry was not only incredible and easygoing, but he had asked genuine questions to really get to know us better and build a personable relationship. By the end of the meeting, Jerry recognized the dedication I had towards my father's business and brought it up in the utmost professional manner. It made me feel seen and heard as a human being and I will honestly never forget that. Thank you Jerry.

Employee helped me in a professional way.. listen my request and solve my problem… my recommendation is Make an appointment before you come… one advice, maybe arrange a teller in rushing hour.. , so ppl don’t wait too long..my wait this visit is about an hour… but my problem is solved..

If I could just type in this review without any stars. I WOULD ..Terrible service .. Lady was helping people by racial profiling, didn’t even put me my Spanish behind into consideration… I was told to wait 10 min, ended up waiting roughly about an hour ..they were more worried about drinks they ordered then taking care of the people waiting.

Jerry was amazing and helpful, he went above and beyond to assist me even I'm disabled and was frustrated coming in to the bank but Jerry made it better and my transaction was smooth. Thank u bank of America ??. If not for Jerry I would not be with your bank .
