Came into close a small business account. Received both conflicting or incorrect information. Something that should have taken an hour at most took the majority of the day. Had to go to another location.

I came in because customer service told me I have to go into the store to do a paperwork because my account had fraud in it. I went to this location thinking it’ll be quick but the gentleman at the front told me I have to talk to a financial advisor I couldn’t just come in and do it I have to make an appointment. I make an appointment else in a location closer to me and they were more informative on what to do than this location. He looked like he was in a rush and didn’t bother to ask more questions.

Made an appointment for a medallion signature. Someone came in after us and was served first. When I questioned what was going on I was told the other person made an appointment specifically for that bank employee. The employee was argumentative when I asked to find out what was going on. The “Financial Center” manager was also argumentative. I asked for her bosses contact information and was told to call another location. Her boss did not work there.After waiting 10 minutes we were seen by a representative that did not how to do it. She was reading the online instructions and asking us question on what type of medallion we needed. She did not know how to fill out the form.The service in this location has never been good but it is close to my home.I will never use this location again!!I would prefer a response from whoever oversees that branch and not a social media bot.I am sure I will get an I’m sorry response from a bot.

The worst experience for a member with bank 20 plus years. I have an account with Bank of America for more than two decades. February 25 Thursday 2021, I went into this branch and I am sure it was the manager who declined to deposit a personal check given to me from a family member to deposit into my accountThe check was coming from NWFCU. It is unfortunate to deal with very incompetent personnel. I need the bank of America to explain why this happened.

despite being somewhat low on staff, the staff that is there is very kind and attentive. I had an appointment with Tina who was fantastic, nicest person I ever met. She was in contact with me to schedule the appointment and even helped me out when I had to reschedule. l was so grateful that she worked with me to set everything up. I was unfamiliar with banking as a whole and she really helped me navigate that, every step of the way. She is super outgoing and I would recommend her 100%. I left with a smile on my face and would definitely schedule with her again.

The people who actually work there are nice, but it's chronically ridiculously understaffed so be prepared to stand in line. Why there's ever only one teller is beyond me.
