Had made an appointment for manicure over the on line visit. Got there and no one knew about ..Waited for sometime and then a man came in and quickly did the manicure.Please call ahead to make appointments and speak to a live person.

Booked an appt here as I’m visiting family at LeisureWorld. The next avail time was 3PM today so I took it, got a confirmation email and all. I showed up at 3PM for my appointment only to find I didn’t have one? And showing them the confirmation email didn’t seem to be enough to convince them that something unfortunate happened on their end as opposed to mine. I generally felt unwelcome in the salon as a result of this hiccup. Maybe three different people asked me to show them my confirmation or justify my presence.I did end up being seated but nobody really asked me what I wanted to do. I had a nail set idea going in to my appt that I wanted to try, after seeing other folks here in the reviews post their cute sets, and the woman simply handed me an outdated set of pre-painted nails and asked me to choose a color. I asked her if they were at least gel… they weren’t! Who even wears regular nail polish anymore?? After begrudgingly choosing a plain color for my nails the tech then begins to start in on upselling me (or downgrading me?) to dip nails. I told her multiple times I wanted gel nails but she insisted I do dip nails. I finally caved as I was tired of having to explain myself multiple times.The nail process was uneventful. I’m more or less satisfied with my nails but this definitely wasn’t the chill experience I’ve come to expect from my nail appointments, in general.

A friend took me here over a year ago and I have been going back regularly since! Terri is the best and my dip nails always look amazing. I book online which makes it super easy and convenient. Good music always playing and it’s my oasis to relax usually after a day of work. Highly recommend this place.Services: Manicure

Beautiful salon nice and clean and the best nail technicians with any nail design you wanted. Show her the pictures of your design you like and she will do just like pictures. Emmy is the best nails design.

I called and booked an appointment. When I arrived two minutes before the appointment time, they said my appointment was not showing up. There was nobody available to give me a pedicure. Never going back.
