rude!!! Absolutely no ability to listen to my wants or needs. stoped in to get information regarding sending out a flower arrangement and with 6 employees working they were overwhelmed!!! A real cluster f#*k. Save your time and energy and skip this place.

They have closed sign , but I went in because there were two employee working .Told them about their closed sign, one employee (a lady )says“you saw a closed sign Why DID YOU COME IN “? ?? What kind of questions is that for?????She is so Rude, seems she doesn't want to work there. She yelled at me askingWhat do you want? , not even want to deal with customers. I wonder how they run business with that kind of employee. I wouldn't go there, rather go to the Michaels in the same shopping center.

Staff is efficient and professional. I requested 8 arrangements for a lunch that I was hosting. Arrangements were beautiful, in the colors that I requested and were very well priced. I would use them in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. Thank you!

Would not deliver flowers to the person I wanted them to go to because she had a personal issue with this person that I wanted to send flowers too. . Not professional at all. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Plus it's way over priced.

First and final time I will be coming here. It is clear that she is not professional, and seems to not like people of color. She looked at me up and down the whole time I was there. I asked about butterflies and said she would only show me once I finalized an order so it was clear she did not want to waste her time. NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.
