If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to get a manicure yesterday and I only went because the ratings were high. I don’t remember the lady’s name but she did a terrible job on my nails. My nails came out extra thick and chunky and I’m missing polish on the sides of my nails. My nails are also in pain. Overall, it looks like it was rushed and poorly done.I will NEVER go here again! Take a look at the pictures for what I asked for vs what I actually got.

Came with my small daughter. When I called I asked if they do pedicure for kids they said yes.
I got there 7min late, and they were ready for me, but not for my daughter. She was happy and waiting, supposedly they said one of the ladies will do it once she finished. I said okay since mine needed time to dry. I was done and the lady was still doing someone else’s nails. Now my toddler is super super patient and she was waiting in the pedicure chair so she was playing with the massage.. But she kept seeing people getting their nails done and no one ready for her. Then they moved her because they needed that chair for someone else, and it was the lady that supposedly was gonna do my daughters nails. More people arrived with appointments and the lady that was doing my nails said that they will only do color for her because she was too small. I said I asked if you do kids pedicure, I don’t want you to cut anything besides her nails, but put her in the water and some cream on, and color.
They then said, you should have told us so you can have it at the same time as her ?
Seriously? I asked for a kids pedicure and she was waiting so patiently, and they even said the other lady will do it.
I also asked to have for paraphine and the lady said she could only do it if I get gel. I have gotten paraphine without gel all the time. I said no thanks
Besides that, I have ingrown nails. I have done my nails multiple times in different places. Some people are really good with ingrown nails some others are not.
If you have ingrown nails this is NOT a good place or at least not the lady that did my nails. She was afraid of cutting me and I understand that but, I told her that I still feel it and she just dismissed it and said to just give it one day and it will be fine. At this point I don’t even wanna argue and just nodge but I’m gonna have to go somewhere else to get that ingrown nail.
The three stars are because they were ready for me …but not for my daughter
Lady was nice to me and daughter and they did end up doing the water and color for my daughter.
I would give one star for ingrown nail treatment
And making my small daughter wait soo much
Color of my nails was okay but not great either.
Place seems clean but if you look to detail on cleaning like I do bc I worked in cleaning and like to clean … they don’t use the bags for the pedicure water. And didn’t even clean it between clients. I saw someone leave, they drained the water and sit someone immediately after. The floor has no dust but has stains because poorly mopped for a long time ñ. Their fans are full of dust and I don’t know if it was because it was my daughter I didn’t observe with others but they used the same nail clippers for me and my daughter

I am baffled as to why the ratings are so high. Don’t be fooled by the numerous positive ratings, but read the negative ones, they are a true reflection of their ethics and service. I came in at 915am inquiring about a French manicure and pedicure but with gold tips with my natural nails. The owner stated it would be $55. Let me give you a bit of information… this is for my wedding the next day. I showed the owner a photo of the manicure, she insisted I use gel. I told her I don’t use gel products and it damages my nails and I get a reaction from prolonged soaking in acetone or whatever they use to remove it , she said it was safe and the only damage it causes was due to self -removal from the client. Nevertheless, I stood my grounds and insisted in regular polish to avoid any issues a day before my wedding. She told me to wait for another technician who was running late and I patiently obliged. Upon, the technicians’ arrival, she was irritated and lacked a gentle touch. During my nail filing, she left it crooked and I asked her to straighten it up. She immediately started to speak in her native tongue and I said “ I beg your pardon?” Because no one was near us so I couldn’t understand who she was talking to. She proceeded to put the natural tone on my nails haphazardly and clumpy. I excused myself and told the owner that this quality of work is inexcusable because of close up photos of my hands for the wedding. She insisted that the technician put another layer. Meanwhile, the technician stated she could not give me the slighter of gold instead of white on my tips because it would have to be gel and it would cost me an ADDITIONAL $50 just for the tip. Please bare in mind this in my nails no longer that .25 inches not acrylic. I reiterated I absolutely refuse to use gel and a gold regular nail polish suffice. After I declined the gel for the third time, I conceded to the white tip, in which she proceeds to blend the nude polish on top of the white resulting in a subpar finished product. The technician was struggling to do a simple French manicure with a customer’s natural perfectly healthy nails. After realizing I was late for my wedding rehearsal, I told her to stop whatever she was doing because I could not wait for her to correct her mistakes. She continued to make statements in another language with no one near us so I did the same thing in my native language to the point she got confused and irritated. I insisted that she stopped doing my nails because we were already an hour and ten minutes in and my toe tips weren’t done and I was late for my rehearsal she charged me $60 instead of the $55 I was quoted by the owner. The thing that kills me is, I never got the tip of my toes done but she still over-charged my card for services I didn’t receive in full. This place is a scam and good customer service is definitely not practiced here. My maid of honor had to remove the polish and paint my nails after the wedding rehearsal. Please don’t waste your time and money. I couldn’t care less how many years this business has been in practice. It’s time to acknowledge that you have lost your
Passion for this industry and disregard your customer’s wishes and certainly don’t respect them.

I've been receiving service at Anna's for quite some time. Every single lady knows me by name and greets me. Jessie is my nail tech and has done an excellent job on my nails, whether it's a special occasion or a routine appointment. Her design skills can rival the best of the best. My daughter can attest to that as Jessie does her nails also. My pedicure and eyebrow waxing are done by Tracy, who is meticulous about my feet and brows. Thanks Jessie and Tracy!!

I had the pleasure to get my nails done with Anna , from the conversation from the phone to sitting down and getting my nails done. It very pleasant. I had in mind to do an acrylic over lay but she recommended that I do gel and that will keep my nails healthier. She did an amazing job and was very sweet. The place is cute and cozy. The staff acknowledged me as soon as I got there. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nail salon.

I came to this nail salon as a walk-in, and this is not my normal shop (my normal tech is out of state bc of a family emergency). Honestly, I did not know what to expect because before I found my current tech, I had some pretty bad nail jobs in the DMV. I tried this place out because of its Google rating. The owner appeared to be very nice, and they were accommodating with getting me. However, the work was not great, and within a week, ALL of nails were lifting on the sides. And by the week and half mark, the acrylic broke on the left side of all of nails. I'm not sure if it is the products the use or the tech (I'm used to nails staying in tack with no breaks or chips in paint for 3-4 weeks).

This was my first time at Anna’s Nails that lady who answered the phone was friendly and was able to get me in for an appointment.
I wanted dipping powder on my nails and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was good and the massage was the best part. This nail salon did NOT include paraffin wax for the pedicure or manicure. Some nail salons include it and I would have enjoyed that. I thought more time could have been spent buffing my heels too. The pedicurist was quick to fix my toenails when I smudged them accidentally.
The ambiance overall was good but there was a person loitering in the lobby talking on his cellphone for about half of my appointment. This was bothersome, but ultimately there wasn’t anything the staff could do about it.
For my manicure the results of the color are good, but it looks a bit chunky. The manicurist did not ask what shape I wanted them filed in and it looks like she did something in between square and oval. My nails don’t really look even and my thumbs looks asymmetrical.
In summary: I think I’d be willing to give Anna’s Nails another chance for dipping powder manicure and regular pedicure, but I think I might ask for a different manicurist/pedicurist next time.My manicurist was nice but she may be better at other types of manicures that are more common.

Wonderful first time experience! Gel mani and pedi by Anna for New Years. She really fixed me up- my hands and feet came in looking rough! Beautiful work amplified by how kind and engaging Anna was. Will definitely be back and would recommend!

My nail technician was out of the country so I decided to use my neighbor nail salon. I walked in asking for the dip power and pedicure. I had the polish removed while gettingthe pedicure. Once in the chair the nail tech started pushing the Gel polish and talking negative about the dip powder. She looked at the powder product as if there was something wrong with it … I’m like does she not know how to apply the dip powder? She continued and insisted that the Gel powder would work better for me. What was I to do … I had nothing on my nails. An unacceptable job … My nails were done on Saturday and on Tuesday I called to get my nails done over with dip powder…no response. On Wednesday, I went into the salon and was told I would have to pay again to get my nails done the way I originally requested them to be done. Poor customer service and unacceptable business practices.Services: Pedicure

I went here because the ratings were so high and all the other places I go to are usually awful. I don’t even know why the ratings are so high. When she was working on my right hand, my fingers started BURNING. Her excuse was “it’s because of the heat outside. I could tell that they’re using monomer which isn’t good for your nails. Then, I wanted square shapes and she made them wide squares. The moment I decide to speak up, she talks in her language. I felt so shut down like I couldn’t tell her what was wrong. She didn’t know how to properly put on the acrylic. She made them so chunky and spent so long buffing it down. I paid $60 for nails that weren’t even the shape i wanted. I came home and spent a good 10-20 minutes filing and fixing them myself. And I felt so pressured to tip even though I was so unsatisfied. I’m never coming here again. The woman was Anna (the store owner’s) sister . I start my new job on monday and I’m so disappointed in what I received for so much money. Be careful trusting your nails here. All my nails hurt right now. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I care about.Service: Acrylic nails
