I had a great experience at America’s Best thanks to Francis! Even though the doctor wasn’t available, Francis went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly accommodating, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and was genuinely kind throughout.

Jazmin was a wonderful help in finding glasses and she even showed me clearance sunglasses. Super nice and wonderful service. Very friendly. The doctor there was also really nice.

The experience was great at this location but when it was time to get my glasses one of the frames was incorrect. I immediately asked for my money in which they did and I will never visit another America’s.best. Best of luck in the business.

The experience aside the store was okay but they messed up my prescription and glasses. I had 2 pairs of glasses that I tried out for at least 2 weeks and I had headaches when wearing them. I went back to the store and the eye Doctor took a look at the glasses and determined that the lab messed up the prescription. Even after getting the glasses revised they still aren't working for me so I've now spent $400 on glasses I can't use. I would not recommend America's best to anyone.
