I just left after waiting 1 hour for a whole blood donation even with a rapid pass. They literally took everyone in the lobby but me. I'm not sure what happened or how things became so inefficient but if you'd like to encourage people to donate blood please make sure that people are not waiting for an hour unnecessarily.

Very convenient location with a very comforting and skillful staff. Generally a low wait time from your appointment time.
