Update: Definetely NOTa hidden gem for elderlies and their caregivers. The only times we got to see our father, was during his appoitments outside the facilities. The last two times we saw him, he was in a very bad physical shape and appearance, did not seem to have been bathed for the longest time among other obvious physical health conditions.

Privately owned small Skilled Rehab Facility. Inter-Disciplinary Team is very involved and hands on. Excellent care is provided to the Residents. The Staff care about each of the Residents as if they were their very own family members. I have had a family member there for Rehab for 3 months and She returned home better than she had ever been!!

I visited Althea Woodland nursing home and was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff were and how nice the place is situated back in a shady area with a lot of trees when I need a nursing home someday I hope I get to go to a good one like Althea Woodland

Terrible. Continous calls of dad falling out of bed. Outside appointment at local hospital, dad was not ready for transportation and not enough oxygen was in his tank. Front desk staff very unprofessional.

This place does not even have a place called rehab gym. How come a rehabilitation center does not have a gym? How their patients will get better?

Horrible place and the DON is a ditzy airhead the staff doesnt know much either and what is that fishy smell that's always in this facility????

Great place, staff are excellent and very hands on..... The food is great, the place was very clean.... I would recommend people to look here first.....
