STAY A WAY !!!Dishonest and a total disgrace to the profession. They stole parts out of my car. Lied my car needed fuel pump replacement and took out the fuel pump fuse .claim to have replace the break light switch stole the break light switch and even the break light harness and busted my break line . Total scammers . Henry is extremely unprofessional and a total FRAUD !!!!!!Henry can not stop lying , He lies so much i was thinking he was a CRACKHEAD.Had an older SUV towed there that we had acquired like a started car for my nephew but he moved overseas.Car been siting on the packing lot for more than a year. we start the car at least once a week and let it run for awhile. Had open the car windows and sunroof once to air it out , then it started storming . run out close the car up . and after a week went to start the can just to let it run and it was completely dead. Took batteries out and recharge it at home . Car will not crank or start but all other functions work. windows, lights , stereo but the car will not start,I was able to start this car by jumping fuses and relays in the engine compartment. Towed it to Allen Automotive for proper diagnosis . omg !!!!!! Then the lies begin.First Henry claims the car was missing parts in the engine HMMMMMM.Did say any thing. Next he started this story how he was GIVEN 2 of this same cars and he let them die Waw okay. Call the tow truck drive to pick up the car as soon as possible ,Next Henry send me a quote for repairs $382.47 not saying any thing about missing parts in the engine , including a $30 .63 charge for OEM Brake light switch . just because i had mention the car will not get off the parking gear. and i had realize the parking break light was not working . I'm like did he check for if that was the issue or we just gonna shoot the car with parts canon. within an hour he redrew that quote arrive for $592.47All i'm doing is waiting for tow truck drive to get there . Call him and ask him about the quote and another lies , yeah we not sure whats going on the back of the car does not have power . Hold on with any repairs let me talk to my brother and we will make a decision ( just delaying truck to get the tow truck there .Call about 1.30mins later five mins before tow truck was there . Told him we gonna take the car to the dealership for proper diagnosis . he was like no no this car is not leaving here we work. Trying to hold the car on a lien.FIRST NEVER APPROVE any work to be done.I had to the that car out there . Paid him and the lies continue . Well we did work on it the car now cranks but need a fuel pump at the cost of $911lol. You got to be kidding me . more lies . This are the facts and 100 % tested before the car went there ~there are no parts missing in the engine-the whole back of the is not without power -there is nothing wrong with the fuel pump.came came back a mess . he open stuff that has nothing to do with electrical issues . broken covers , open cup of coffee , break light switch completely gone. missing fuel pump fuse ! leaking break line.Guess what i was able to fix the issue myself at the cost of $5 part . AT the moment not sure how much he did sabotage that car . A total disgrace to the profession

They've maintained our Corollas for several years, and we've been happy with them. Especially when we had to take our cars in during COVID - they had glass and masks. They also allow for after-hours drop off, which is very convenient for those of us who work well past 5 PM. The online estimates make things very convenient, but they never try to push service on us, while explaning when stuff really does need service. The downside is you have to call them to make an appointment...lately my husband and I have not gotten confirmations from that, but aside from that, they are communicative when you do need repairs.

Amazing group of people here at Allen’s. Amazing customer service from Henry and extremely knowledgeable technicians who were willing to explain the issues with my Wrangler and how to maintain it. I learned the hard way not to trust the large service chains that pride themselves on changing your oil quickly, instead, I will be coming to Allen’s for oil changes and any concerns for my Jeep. Thank you guys so much.

Great service and reasonable estimates. Kind people who pick up the phone when you call and don’t take short cuts. Taken my 2000s Mazda there many times and been happy with the service each time.

I tried to do my own oil changed and messed up badly. I brought my car in about two hours before closing and was told it would be ready in the morning. Then I received a call just before closing and the shop said the car was all good and ready to go! I couldn't believe it! They really saved me. The estimate was sent to me within minutes of leaving. The staff was friendly and considerate. I will definitely be visiting them again.Services: Oil change

Been a customer for about 7 years. Repairs are done well, they answer questions thoroughly, and they are reasonable priced. I regularly recommend them.

Allen Automotive was a answer to my prayers especially since NO ONE else could help me out. I have a 92 ford Bronco that had been sitting for about 6 years and even after I installed a new engine in it myself - it would not start and no other mechanic could tell me why. It was clear the problem was electrical but it wasn't until after my truck sat at the local ford dealership for months and after going to a few other local mechanic shops that I came to Allen Automotive, who got to work on my truck right away! They literally had it starting on the first day I dropped it off and had the work completely finished within a couple of days.... I will say, they are NOT cheap. However considering the hours of work and scope of work that my vehicle needed, I'd say it was fair and thanks to them I finally have my Bronco ready for the road.Gary was extremely skilled and knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to show me everything my truck needed as well as help me find parts to do easier work myself. The other staff were friendly and respectful. They are a trustworthy business and I sincerely hope they are able to continue to provide service to the community here for a long time to come. Especially since other local shops around here sucked.

Gonna try and keep this short and sweet. Henry is a great guy, and the service techs I’m sure do awesome work 99.9% of the time. However this something I can’t and won’t let go.I picked my vehicle up and immediately noticed something was off, but brushed it off until the next day, since I figured maybe it was an installation error and something that could be fixed with another appointment. Only to wake up the next morning, inspect the car, and realize that the service tech forgot to properly secure my wheel. The wheel was literally being secured by a single lug nut, since the rest had fallen off from driving up the street.I understand that mistakes happen. But basic things like properly securing a (can’t even say the word since the review might get removed) “ducking” wheel should be common sense from a safety standpoint. Now I’m not going to say don’t come here. Again, I’m sure they do fantastic work the majority of the time. But this is the first, and last time I’ll ever be visiting this shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Like a few other reviews here, I was a longtime customer, but a few years ago they started recommending clearly unnecessary work to pad the bottom line and acted unprofessionally towards me.No longer trustworthy.

I took my vehicle into Allen’s for them to remove a lug nut that was stuck and required special drilling. I asked for a general quote over the phone but according to them I had to bring the vehicle in for them to give me an estimate.Long story short I ended up leaving the vehicle there for A little less than 24 hours. In this time I received no quote (which was my Initial reason for coming there in the first place). Yet a technician had already PERFORMED WORK ON MY VEHICLE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.I quoted two other mechanics prior to coming into Allen’s and decided I no longer wanted Allen’s Automotive to service my vehicle. So they “reversed” The work that they had already done WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. And charged me a “$200” storage fee for having my vehicle there for less than 24 hours.I understand everyone has to make a living and business may not be what it used to be given the devastating effects of COVID but I was dissatisfied with my experience herke.

Had a few oil changes. Always prompt and quick service. Didn't try to gut me with add on's or unnecessary work.
