I had a 3:30 appointment wasn’t seen until almost 5pm .. by the time the service was done only me and the person who did my hair was left in the shop it was late and I didn’t not want to keep her there alone because I wasn’t satisfied I paid her and tipped her then I text the owner letting her know I was not satisfied and I would like for it to be fixed she was very rude, unprofessional and unladylike like she blocked me before I was able to send her pictures and told me she wasn’t fixing itService: Hairstyling

I've been trying to find a good, fair, and PROFESSIONAL African hair braiding studio to do my tribal cornrows, but after seeing the rude and unprofessional response from the salon to the person who expressed "their experience" with the salon, I've decided to save myself the headache and PASS.I can't stand bad customer service. A good business person would have taken the high road and tried to defuse the conflict not encourage it with snarky defensive reactions to bad reviews.

She didn’t have the products to do the feed ins and charged extra for hair...my corn rolls look like I had them in for a few days the same day I got it done...she was going to put gel in my hair...I never had gel put in my hair for feed ins...I can not and will not ever go there againService: Hairstyling

Awful customer service. Couldn’t even book because of how rude and disrespectful the person I was speaking to was. I wouldn’t recommend this business to a single soul. You are better off finding somewhere.

I’ve gotten several different styles done at this salon. Today I called and asked if they would be willing to add beads onto my hair. I informed them a friend of mine did my hair and the lady said because I didn’t pay them to do the box braids they weren’t willing to let me pay them to put beads in?I won’t be returning ever again.

This is the fourth time going to Hawa’s braiding shop and I am still impressed with their professionalism and their awesome customer service experience! I have an allergy to the braiding hair and they made sure the hair was treated prior to the service! I’ve been getting compliments left and right and they are super light weight considering the butt length braids I always get! They are super affordable and I will definitely be back ☺️

The person that did my hair was phenomenal! I shaved the sides of my hair several months ago and am now growing it back. Soo... my hair is like an inch long on the sides. This woman's grip game just blew me away!!! She warned me it might only last a few days but I'm here to tell you it's been two weeks and I've only lost a few braids! Professional, patient, caring and talented! Thank you soo much for responding to my last minute request. That's right I contacted her on her day off, she responded immediately and braided my hair the next morning. Did I mention that morning was Christmas Eve?!? Well it was and I'm sure most places would've ignored my request but this place didn't. I feel thankful and God blessed to have found this place! Thank you soo much!
