Used to be a decent place now customer service sucks, prices are only good if your ordering online with a coupon. Just get your stuff from Amazon or just about anywhere else unless it's an emergency.

I came in to return something that I purchased online last week I came to return the order the day after the order was delivered because it was actually the wrong order the manager told me that I couldn’t return it that day that I would have to come back the following day or so. I came yesterday to return it, and the gentleman that saw me the first day I tried to return it he was able to help me but he then explained to me that the manager was not trying to let me return the item the first day I came because it would bring down sales. I feel like the manager shouldn’t even be a manager if she can’t give good customer service

I've been a Advanced Auto Parts customer for over 15 years, but this location at 2285 Bel Pre Rd is TERRIBLE. The manager on duty POORLY represents Advanced Auto Parts. Long wait times due to incompetency, inaccurate inventory count, manager refusing returns on brand new items STILL in packaging purchased SAME DAY (The items are eligible for return), disrespectful and a waste of time. I would rather drive further to a different location than go here. I hope Advanced Auto raises their standard as I will not tolerate such behavior.

Always very busy, only two people working, long wait times. Even waiting with patience, I never got the help discussed. I left, they take paying customers before those wanting a diagnostic to even determine if they are going to make a purchase. Happens each time I go here. I live not far, so it's practical to stop here first but most times I bypass and go to the next closest.

This location used to be my go to. Now it’s always out of stock and has rude employees. I went to look for oil, they didn’t have it one day so I’m like fine… saw they had a load in so I went in the next day. They still did not restock the shelves. What is the point of an auto parts store if they aren’t going to restock their oil shelves in smart efficient matter…I asked a worker (older lady) and she said that’s all we got, what you see is what we have. I inquiry regarding the load they got in and she states that well they haven’t been scanned… maybe Monday they will have it out. So 3 days to restock oils shelves?? What in the world… if anything it is absolutely ridiculous that they have a product in the back and cannot just get one if a customer asks. Anyway, this store was great previously. Now they are always out of stock when it comes to oil and oil filters. Luckily I went to autozone and was able to find my oil. I hope management can see this and make some changes. I loved going to this store because it’s in a great location. Employees I think the new ones are genuinely nice, but the ones that’s been there awhile are just rude, maybe they have tenure. Please provide some customer service training and provide who ever orders restock of products to learn logistics so that the store isn’t consistently out of stock with products.

The associates were very knowledgeable professional and helpful with highly recommend this location
