I have been bringing my cats for generations. They are thorough, polite and professional. I especially like that they specialize on cats.

Initially, I was very excited to find a practice that specialized in cats. On contacting the practice I was asked practically nothing about my animals, but told that there was going to be approximately $300 (I think it was actually a little more but at this point I had stopped listening to the list of terms and conditions) worth of deposits before I ever entered the building (some of which were NONREFUNDABLE and didn’t even apply to the cost of the visit!) Not one question other than the number of cats. That’s not the first experience I want with the people that I’m going to trust to take care of my cats. I have no issue with deposits. I paid them to the vet that talked to me about my animals first!Edit: after reading through all of the reviews, I realize that I really dodged a bullet with this practice! The amount of money you want and the lack of concern for the animals! You are in the wrong field go back to school.Edit2: I also find it extremely interesting, that the only reviews that received responses were the positive ones. No response to anyone who had any kind of issue or complaint?!?!

Absolutely top notch veterinary care for kitties. Every aspect of care at Cozy Cats is incredible. The front desk staff are friendly, competent, always take their time to work with you on scheduling, and are clearly animal lovers. The techs are amazing, they take such detailed information about every aspect of your cat's wellbeing, are huge cat lovers, are so sweet to even cats that may not necessarily reciprocate, and clearly love their profession. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, take their time explaining diagnostics and potential diagnoses, don't rush the appointments at all, and spend time getting to know your cat (and give them snuggles). The overall experience here is so much better than other vets I have seen - the cat-only environment is much less stressful, and the obvious love of cats from every person who works there means that they get snuggles, petting, treats, and gentle, careful care at all times. One of my cats required a large dose of sedatives to be seen at my previous vet - she is perfectly fine at Cozy Cats without any medication.I can't recommend this practice highly enough and will absolutely be a lifelong client with my clowder of kitties.

Dr. Levy is a fantastic veterinarian. She is dedicated to the care of our feline family members. Additionally She donates her expertise, time, and care to cat rescue groups. She has a wonderful practice! Highly recommend!

I didn’t have a good experience with this practice. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

**BEWARE***I went to this office when it was A Cat Practice on Linden Ave. There were two receptionists working at the time. The old one was an absolute nightmare. After our initial appointment she "forgot" to schedule my new kittens follow up vaccination appointment so when I arrived at the office for the appointment, I was told I had no appointment set and I was turned away. On another visit I was prescribed medicated cat food which she gave me completely incorrect information on how much to feed my cat. We live in Northern, VA and she was extremely snippy and rude when I asked where else I could purchase the food if I couldnt make it to the office. She told me it was only sold there, which was a LIE. After a quick google search, I found the food on chewy.com. I don't know if she had something against me because she's old and leads a miserable life, because of the breed of cat I owned or because she has something against my race, but she was absolutely incompetent and awful every time I interacted with her. As far as the care, Dr. Levys care was just ok. I never got the feeling that they genuinely cared either way about my cat's wellbeing which is disheartening considering how expensive vetenarian care is. Stay AWAY!!!

Dr. Levy and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Dr. Levy takes care of my 4 cats. She is very kind, trustworthy, and compassionate. She is also part of Montgomery County Community Cat Coalition volunteering her time and expertise for our unhoused cats and kittens.

I’m so bummed that we JUST found cozy cats this year and now we’re moving! I have two 8 year old orange tabbies and the staff at cozy cats are so welcoming, appointments don’t feel rushed at all, and any issues my cats had were approached by the vets here from a few different angles with their long term health in mind. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone with cats.

We love this practice, which came recommended by the rescue from which we adopted our two bébés. Our cats have seen two of the three vets here, and both were gentle, kind, and informative. I have never felt rushed or like I had a question that didn't get answered. The support staff have all been friendly and pleasant, and my cats are super calm around all of the folks who've handled them. I've found their pricing to be fair, and have never felt pressured into unwanted care (as I have at other practices when I've lived elsewhere).Very happy this practice is in our area. It's not the most convenient option for us (we're about 35 mins drive away) but totally worth it.

I got my fur baby last year, and he was due for a checkup. Cozy Cats is amazing! The service was great from the front desk to the doctor. Will definitely be coming here from now on! ?

If you have a cat and just want a great place to get care you cannot do better. Being able to take my cat to a place where I don't have to worry about a dog being there is almost priceless for me. The vet techs and office staff are very personable and caring. The veterinarians are incredibly experienced with cat issues and have a calming presence about them that I highly appreciate. They don't overcharge for medicines and foods which is rare. Also their new location is beautiful.

I love that this place specializes in cats. Their needs are not the same as dogs, and they perfectly know it. Also, you see how they love their patients and give extra care. Their new location has plenty of parking and the front desk area is conformable and spacious. My favorite is Dr. Levy as they take care of my elderly cat and 100% understand my concerns.

LP/DR: Great encounters for many years. Had a blip during my cats passing that was disappointing to me but not detrimental to my overall experiences.I have been a customer at this vet practice for over 17 years with my cat. As I suspected and was the case, my cat needed to be euthanized and passed on 03.17.2023. While expected, it was a devastating day. Both the vet and vet tech were amazing, kind and empathetic to me and my cat. I was asked if I would like some fur and paw print sent to me as a keepsake, and said yes.About a week later, I was notified that I could pick up my cat's remains and when I arrived home, I realized I was missing his fur and paw print. I contacted Cozy Cats and was told by the office manager that they send out condolence cards with these items. She asked if I had received a condolence card from the practice. I shared that I had not. She said she would do a bit more digging and get back to me the next day.My next conversation with the practice manager was her sharing that she recalled doing a lot of condolences recently (but not mine in particular since there were many), had searched the office but did not find my fur and paw print and therefore felt it had been mailed and lost by the post office. While I was disheartened to not receive the fur and paw print of my cat of over 17 years, I understand mail does sometimes get lost. However, knowing that nothing was never received, I really expected to receive a follow up condolence card from Cozy Cats to make up for the one that never arrived. That did not happen. As a longtime customer, who has had nothing but positive experiences, I am was disappointed with the lack of follow-through and thoughtfulness of their own process during this last stage of my pet's life.
