I took my sons and a few young men from our high school to get a slurpee after their football game (7v7 football) for the free slurpee on 7/11. We first went to a store with a broken machine who directed us down the street. Once we got to the other location, we were told no free slurpee because it’s only from 7am-7pm. We tried to show the online info which said the promotion was for 24 hours, but were told no. I then gave my son my card to purchase the slurpees since they’d had a great game and I’d promised to get the slurpees. Despite everyone else getting their slurpees and paying afterwards, the young men with me had cups withheld from them and were told to pay before they could have a cup. If this were required of every customer it would be fine, but singling out these young men, who were paying, respectful customers, was wrong. I usually avoid this store because the staff are rude and unappreciative of the many customers their location affords them. Best believe I won’t be going back. From one business owner to another, DO BETTER!

Every time I've been here this lady named Wan deliberately ignores costumers by hiding in the backroom or making food while there is a line.

Hood. Horrible management. Don't order. They will waste your time. I recommend you to go to the Burtonsville's location. It is worth the ride.

Not bad for a 7 eleven dog. I personally like onions , ketchup on my dog. Plus the price is very good.

There is a line of students that you have to wait until you get in, students keep cutting and you will never get it until after their lunch period is over, the store wasn't even full inside.

Your staff at 13880 are rude!!!!! The lady cashier is on the phone speaking to someone and we are 3 customers on the que while the man behind the counter told us the its only one counter opened. This happens to me and others alot of times and the particular shift needs to be fired. It's Sunday July 2nd 2023 at 1.23pm.

I was in your store yesterday . Only 2 people there. One on the register ,other just watching. Tried to cash a 42$ lottery ticket and get two packs of cigs. Not only did he not give my winnings money. He tried to get me for 3$. Gave my cigs first. Then without counting just handed me a clump of money. Which when I counted it. Was a 10,5 and 3 ones. Some change. I told him give my lottery money. Take cigs back. Then I told him how he is supposed to give people their money first. He didn't want to hear it. Bought my cigs. Then I had 21$ and some change. Tried to snip me. Not good

Went in the store this morning at 7am tried purchasing chips. The sign stated they were 2 for $4. When to the register and they were more. I told the manager , he stated that was yesterday.If a price is there, that's what the customer pays. The manager came and took the sign off and I didn't get the chips smh

My only real complaint is the APP wallet feature which is buggy as some employees don't know how to check me out with that feature. As far as fresh food goes, no skim milk in any store I have visited nation wide. A lot of soda, not much healthy choices.
