Currently this new staff, especially a person who treats customers badly, yells at them. But there are other guys who, when they charge you, add other things that you don't bring so that you get more money on the purchase. I noticed one adding a charge of baths and candy and he only had a coffee, bread and a water when he noticed that I found him in The robbery took the rest of the amount from me but it was kept on the receipt. Even when I asked for the receipt, he didn't want to give it to me after arguing. Bishop gave it to me and if they don't give you the receipt, it's because they added things that you didn't buy too much. . For another year this store continues with its thefts in the promo it says 2x3 two soda for three dollars even use the app and they charged me 4.80 for two sofas so the promotions they have do not apply they continue with the thefts

For the most part it's decent for a 7 elevin. Sometimes it's very busy sometimes it's not. The employees are mostly very friendly also.

This seven-eleven is very clean, the food and the ovens are all very good from 12 at night to 6 in the morning and only 3 people giving good customer service,, after 7 or 8 in the morning you come here you may not find the same service can see the photos and can see after this 9 in the morning how dirty this seven eleven is and possibly more people who don't like to clean that’s why I give 5star please see the picture or photos how clean is???!!!!!

My reviews solely based on customer service experience only. Nothing to do with it's cleanliness, tidiness or over all hygienic status of the store. The concept of customer service is totally dead at 7 Eleven store located at 9254 New Hampshire Avenue Silver Spring MD 209033630. Based on my observation and experience, they do not deserve even one(1) star. I had to give them one(1) star to be able to write my review based on my observation and experience. As you can see on the receipt, I bought 8 cans of energy drinks for my staff. My debit card and wallet are out on the counter along with my receipt, my 8 cans of energy drinks I just completed the transaction when the clerk called the next customer while I was in the process of putting my card back in the wallet and was trying to pick up my receipt from counter, and asking her to bag my purchased 8 cans. She raised her voice louder demanding I should scoop everything at once go to other area of the store to put my card in my pocket, bagging my 8 cans. Right away, I remembered I was dressed in shabby work clothes, but I do not smell bad. I felt so bad for disrespecting me as a customer. I spent my little money of $19.08 and why they do not allow me half a minute to collect my particulars and violated my privacy by calling another customer to occupy my space with me while I was still there. There are two other clerk who were behind the desk standing next tele/clerk machine that can accommodate the customers. After all, only one customer behind me; meaning, it was not busy. I stepped back away from the counter allowing space for others to get service, and ask someone who was working outside of the counter. I briefly explained what happened ask for refund. I left the store after the refund.Fast food retail stores are not in desperate needs of customers who can buy their fast foods. Therefore, they are careless about customers respect and satisfaction.

Once upon a time this place gave some level of consistency but now it closes at midnight. Lacks variety and had has a highly inconsistent level of customer service and inconsistent hours. Despite being the only available walking option around. We need a WaWa instead of this dated customer service nightmare!
