I tried to get the discount for 3 Gatorade’s 6$ and the people working here weren’t even knowledgeable how to adjust the sale price and just apologized and asked me to pay full price!! No wonder this place is 2 stars

Apparently the owner doesn't want to pay for the pair of night clerks required for safety, and only pays 1
That 1 clerk keeps the doors locked like a bunker and lets no one in, even though the store is supposed to be open
He ignores people knocking to be let in, or waves them away. Do not come here

I went into the store and they had products clearly marked incorrectly and he would not honor the prices.

Don’t know how this store has survived. When ordering deliveries, all items will be wrong. No communication was made regarding the products ordered being out of stock or to switch to another substitute. Happened twice in a row and was disputed by Uber. Have also been there in person, super sketchy. It’s better to go to the one on Piney Branch, literally down the road from this store. Comments made by owner on every review but if 1 star reviews are so consistent, don’t know if anything is going to change management wise.

I'm just done with this location for deliveries. They change items at their whim and never notify the customer. Most recently, I got the wrong large pizza delivered, all the wrong sauces that were NOT acceptable and in the past they did this with cookies, other fast foods, ice cream and I once got milk that expired in 2-3 days. etc. This is not how to run a business. I'm handicapped and dependent on delivery. I can't just go get my own items.

I bought a Mega Millions ticket from this store, and I was supposed to receive a free ticket, but the store associate didn’t give me the free ticket, so I asked for the manager's contact information, but they denied it. They said I have to wait until Monday. I don't know if they are going to delete the footage. Also, I asked to check the system to see if I bought my tickets here, which they denied as well.

I’ve been to a lot of 7-Elevens in my day, but this is, without a doubt, the sketchiest and dirtiest. As if the half-dozen random people loitering inside the store entrance(including the guy sleeping between the merchandise by the Slurpee machine) weren’t enough, the nice employee trying to kill the roach with a broom the true highlight of my visit.

This is another one of my favorite locations in Silver Spring ,Maryland . This is 7-Eleven . This is the biggest one in the entire areas of Silver Spring , Maryland . It carries cold beers, wines, sodas , Milks, juices , Snack foods , Newspapers , magazines , some sports apparel such as ; scarves, caps , knit caps , and gloves , It has pizzas , their famous signature Big Gulps And Slurpees , Hot Dogs , Doughnuts , Some Limited Gift Cards , Cell Phone Ear Phone Items , and Much More . You can get gas there too since it has state of the art pumps and accepts credit cards ,But if you want to pay cash you have to go inside the store to do so . This place has a huge parking area for customers too . This place has great customer service and great atmosphere . It's atmosphere is Attentive , Helpful , Considerate , Hospitable , Professional ,Knowledgable , Inviting , Welcoming , And Most of All Friendly . This is a very busy 7-11 which situated around four major presidential areas. The store is small but totally loaded woth food and snack and all kind of drinks. What i like about this is that you can shop next-door, pump gas, sunce its all at the same lock with planty of parking.
