It’s advertised as 24/7 but whoever actually works there locks the doors at night after midnight so I’m not really sure why the hours say that. The man literally looked at me from behind the counter and ignored me. I’ve also seen lots of roaches and even rats. The soda fountain is also very dirty. Go to the one down the road not this one

Every business establishment of a corporation has imperfection this entire Earth realm has nothing but imperfection the only thing I consider perfection is the Earth earthlings always want to complain and judging and all misconception on their perception where they think they're normal and have a large ego thinking that's a good Samaritan or the upstanding citizen and at the same time all they wear is a mask and are imitators role-playing like actors in a movie the business establishment at this location all the staff is amazing and they have saved many people's lives they have been there for the people when the system has fail them I don't understand humans always want something to be perfect when nothing in this world is perfect stop complaining I get tired of you earthlings so quick to judge in point fingers instead of pointing fingers at yourself like you on a pedal stool I get enjoyment reading comments as I sit back and eat popcorn it's like a movie ??? so before you judge people stop rejecting what you are you walk out your door anything can be taken from you you can lose your entire life and your opportunities so stop being belligerent

There are roaches in the expresso maker, I told the women at the front and all she did was shake her head. This location is worse than the ones in Baltimore. They never have anything on the shelves and don't even pretend to keep the place cleanPlease don't eat or drink here, you can't afford to be sick

Around June of 2023 there was a dead bug in my Monterey Jack turkey sandwich whatever it’s called. Hopefully someone of power can see this and ensures quality products for everyone everywhere. Hopefully this location was the only place that would get a sandwich like this…

Roaches Roaches EVERYWHERE! Gross! Food questionable at best. I wanted hot chocolate, but it was watery/99% water. No marshmallows for the hot chocolate, either. I got coffee, and it tasted scalded, not fresh, old. Wawa and other well run establishments have spoiled me, I suppose.Updated to reply: Yes. This is right. The people who work here seem polite, but the store DEFINITELY has a major roach issue. This is not the first review to mention roaches, either. Don't question reviewers, address the issues. In the sink area alone there were approximately 20-30 roaches running all over. They're on the food, in the coffee area, EVERYWHERE! You should thank people for their feedback...not blindly disagree with them.

Most of the staff are very friendly and have been there for years, the bad thing is the constant homeless or just panhandlers that will attempt to harass you inside , outside the store to buy them something or give them money, it gets unnerving because it's a lot of men doing it, some older woman who is a scammer , trying tries to steal money from ATM from residents of the senior apartments, I wish management would hire security or have someone to keep these folks away.

Yeah this really is a good one lol I was doubtful when I saw that 4.whatever stars, but the employees (at least on a random wed morning) are pretty damn great and one dude just went completely above and beyond, not only did he actually super quickly and corectly put in my Newport coupon (which lemme tell you, that is NOT common most places I go it's usually like pulling teeth - except royal farms but tough luck finding one of those right in silver spring) but he also totally showed me how to do something cool in the app and was really just all around awesome (I bet you it's the same guy who inspires most of the good reviews lol he saved my morning & was nice as heck)
