I went in to pay a Washington Gas bill July 8th. There was no one in line so I went to the cashier who was waiting. He didn't know how to pay it and said go to the Manager, who was stocking shelves and told me to wait. I did, over 10 minutes. Then he went behind the counter and started ringing up other customers. By that time there were 5 people in line but he ignored me. I was polite up to that point but spoke up saying "Excuse me, I've been waiting on you for this bill.". Then he told me their system was down and I couldn't pay it. Thanks... after waiting over 10 minutes for nothing. Yet that's the same thing they told me last month about paying the Wash. Gas bill! Everyone should just go to CVS about 3 blocks away where it gets done easily.

On the website the store says it opens at 5am but when I arrived I was RUDELY told “Go AWAY” they open at 9 am. When did 711 make up there own hours of work? I wish I could give you -5 stars.

This store now has a sign that says open from 7AM to 11PM.
Please go ahead and shut this location down and put a functional business there instead.

The store Clerk was very rude and was yelling at me, because I couldn’t understand the cashier who didn’t speak English! How are you going to have someone work the cash register who can’t even speak English and then get mad at me Because I couldn’t understand them something needs to be done about this. I know I will never spend my money there again.

Stopped in this morning for a health breakfast. Picked up an assorted fruit bowl from the refrigerated area. $6. Got to my office and it is bad. It's hard for apples to smell bad. Watermelon. Bad. This on top of all the crazy activity right outside their door. Yet the employees/owners/etc. won't do anything. Last time with this store.

The staff has a bad character, they do not care well for the customer, they are beggars. But the people who have ridiculous haircuts, I'm going to buy with my money, they feed on bad-hearted people.

I'm here at 10:30 pm and the door is locked ? the employee is saying i cant enter while other customers and a white lady were able to go shop but i guess because im a black male at night i cant shop. 11pm is the close time on the sign on the door. Online says open , lights on and he's not letting customers in. What is the problem? Trying to get my day finished but i had to goto a better 7-11 down the street that had no problem providing me great service but not at THIS location. Mind you its other people in the store and its people outside waiting for orders/pickups but the clerk opened the door for the white lady and i left so they couldnt waste any more of my time with foolishness. Promote 7-11 getting smarter workers than the two dummies in the video below. Wouldve took pics but they aint let a black man shop in black history month sadly

Maybe you should change your hours. Not a big fan of hitting a locked door and someone saying you are closed at a 24hr spot.Maybe change the hours to be closed for a couple during stock change? Just a thought.

Yeah Think!? Maybe if the employees treated the customers a little better,?? 1. They wouldn't steal so much? 2.They wouldn't rob the store!? 3.They wouldn't pee outside the store!? 4. They wouldn't spit at each other!?( Outside & inside!) YUK! Maybe!? They would have more business! But I've seen all the above at this & many other 7/11's! So I only stop by for a slurpy or "If" I really have to get something I forgot at other stores on the way home! Good luck southland corp. Staying open til 2024

Usually I don’t write reviews but honestly I need too because of the terrible experience I had. In the morning, around 9 am I popped into the store to get some snacks for later in the day. I bought a chocolate chip clif bar and columbus charcuterie snack tray. I believe it was a manager or worker that was going over the inventory on the display where the snack tray was; she saw me pick it up and she quickly went to the cash register. I paid no kind to this assuming it was the help move service quicker. She helped ring me up and I paid and did not get a receipt, once again I paid no mind, since I was in a bit of a rush, I just grabbed my items and paid. I reached for it around 1pm, (it was kept in a refrigerator) I had to open the packaging from the back and I glanced over the expiration date. At first, I thought I was seeing things but when I looked again it said it expired on 02/22/2023 it’s 04/10/2023… I was upset and furious when I saw the expiration date clearly. I wanted to immediately go back to the 7-eleven but I had already used up my lunch hour so I decided to wait until after work. When I got there today, around 5:25pm I was waiting in line to get a refund at least only to be told I can’t get a refund since I didn’t have a receipt. Ok, I totally understand that but I have the 7-eleven app and showed proof I bought it and I wanted at least a replacement. Only to be told nothing can be done and to come in tomorrow in the morning to talk to the manager. You know the same manager that tried to cover up that it wasn’t expired, saw me pick it up and rung me up? yeah ok sure. I wouldn’t care but it’s the fact that it’s been expired for more than 2 months and they were selling it! I totally understand the policy regarding receipts but those specifically apply to card transactions when I paid with cash. It was honestly very upsetting because it was somewhat of a pricey purchase when regarding food, only to be told nothing can be done.

4/10/23 10:34PM. Door was locked. There was a customer making a transaction at the counter. The clerk signaled "No" with his hands.
