I stopped by around 5:30 a.m., and the rudest lady was working. I said good morning. She said, “What’s good about it?” I asked if she’s doing okay and asked how are you. She said, “It’s none of your business how I’m doing.” She was hostile for no reason. She sat my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. Did not say “have a good day” or anything. This is probably the worst conveniecne store in Silver Spring, Maryland. Do better 7-Eleven!!!

Wow I been this store more than 20 years every morning the first thing is walk through grab coffee and box Marlboro light always I had good service when I see a mess at the coffee area I clean even employees like me we lough we joke but they have the new manager just show off her position i see she yelled at employees and I was looking a spelenda she star yell and argue with me the funny thing was she say I will call a police I told her do that she think she can do what ever she wanted it doesn't work like that she think this is the only 7/11 in the area I will never go to this store from now on

Went in for a cup of hot chocolate around 8pm and kindly asked one of the employees if they could refill the cocoa and the response was “No one here knows how to fill the machine. No more” Laziness at it’s finest.

Horrible the cashiers can’t count money don’t know how to use the register smh save yourself the trouble go elsewhere not to mention the insane prices that other stores in the area have for much less what they charge ex baking soda 250 everywhere else no more than a dollar stop letting this people get rich off the poor they don’t care about the community in which they do business

There was a worker/manager there that decided he was going to tell me what to do with my life/very judgemental when I simply wanted to purchase something as if he was my parent. He was very rude and I will not be returning to this location in the future.

they didn’t give me a refund i went and got two gift cards and one of the gift cards didn’t work also they were playstation gift cards don’t go there
