I’d love to rate more due to the fact that they have a lot of items I’d love to use but I can’t based on how they profile you. You’re constantly being watched even though almost EVERYTHING is locked up. I’ve never been to a beauty supply store where something as small as $3 lashes and head scarves are locked away lol this place is a joke.

5 stars to the specialist that is usually in the hair section; she is so helpful and pleasant to speak with. When she’s not there, her absence is felt. No one cares to attend to any customer in that section and if they do, they tend to be rude, difficult to understand and have terrible customer service skills. This store has a great selection, but it’s best you do your research beforehand, because you won’t get much help if you need it.

It’s okay for the size of the store but I would have expected a bigger selection of wig accessories. You’re honestly better off buying from Amazon or online at least you won’t be followed around while shopping.

The owner is the Asian lady that you see watching and hulking the cameras at the front counter.., smh she thinks EVERY Brown person’s steals , I was being watched like a hulk I was very offended and could not shop peacefully without her thinking I’m there to shoplift it’s just ridiculous you just can’t treat everyone the same a lot of ppl don’t deserve that treatment , the owners are VERY Racist.. so I decided not to shop with this particular store at this location and will NEVER return, I spent my well spent $1500 dollars Elsewhere.

The experience was fine when I went. Your average beauty supply store. All good except their hours are wrong on google. Call ahead if you’re in a rush, especially in the morning or late at night.

Followed in the store by a short Asian woman who was an employee, just now. Unacceptable. Put everything backed and went to another store. Really disappointed considering I shop here all the time. Please do better.

Truly a discounted store….I had bought extensions from here and when I got home realized that they did not properly match my hair , I went to the store to return it and the ladies were really rude and said just because I detached the extensions from the paper they cannot take them and that no one would buy them. They are clearly not worn never used, simply taken out of the bag and put back in. Will never ever shop here again. I recommend you save your money and go somewhere where the employees care and are understanding… because In the case you need to exchange or return something , they will not take it. I would have settled to exchange them for a color that matched my hair properly but that wasn’t an option. Ruined my impression of this store completely.
