David and Roya were very helpful and responsive to any questions I had regarding not just my loan. David was patient and took the time to teach me about the entire loan process and home ownership experience. Working with 1Rate really prepared me to own a home and I look forward to working with them again in the future. Where do I begin. Chris, you rock! You and your entire team. Being a first time home buyer, needing to close in a super tight deadline to meet the seller's needs...you guys knocked it out of the park! From our initial online meeting, to your guidance and recommendations, to the quote, the ease of use on your online portal, the timely processing of documents, the level of communication, and more...I'm just speechless. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with your services and we would do it all over again! Such an amazing job!Also, the Youtube videos you create...they were what made us reach out. Chris provided a level of service that we have longed for but has not been able to find elsewhere. He was ready and willing to explain things in detail to ensure we understood. He ministered to our (or more like MY.. should not drag my husband into this lol) anxiety reminding me of truths we mutually believe in and trust.
