Amanda answered the telephone on the first ring and handled a situation in a most polite and respectful manner regarding the Shepherdstown post office as the staff over there knows nothing about being polite to their customers.

The ladies are always so pleasant and helpful. Not your typical post office experience

Love the people and know then we'll. I walk in and they don't even have to ask my name they just grab the package. It's usually e juice so they know I need it a.s.a.p and will get it for me if the driver hasn't left for her rout yet.
