Their new hours are 9am to 7pm. I am not happy about that and I think it's really stupid. I leave for work by 8am and get off at 7pm 6 days a week so when am I supposed to get my meds? I guess on my 1 day off and if I run out I guess I'll have to wait until that 1 day. I don't understand why a pharmacy who's entire job is to get people vital goods would shorten their hours? I think it's a dumb decision and I will immediately be switching to a more convenient pharmacy that actually cares about customers instead of worrying about a few hours of payroll. Bye walgreens

Took me an hour to get medicine in the drive through. I pressed the call button several times. People were just driving past because they were taking too long. Horrible service.

I no longer use this pharmacy. One prescription I refilled, with insurance, cost more than 3 times the cost at Wal-Mart, without using insurance. After I contacted Walgreens corporate, they admitted an error, but did not offer a solution or refund.

This place can have its shortcomings, but overall I like it and continue to go back. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Just long lines at times. They also have a lot of other things like food and sodas. A bit strange layout but it takes a bit to get used to.

I waited an hour to receive a scheduled COVID booster. No one came. They complained that I wouldn't wait longer. This is too important! Never coming back.

I am beyond disgusted with the so called customer service at the pharmacy. After multiple tries to refill my prescriptions, I called back again today to speak with someone. I had the displeasure of speaking to Beth, who was completely unprofessional. Not only did she interrupt while I was mid sentence explaining my problem, she continued to speak over me, and then immediately trying to put me on hold without even listening for a response as to whether I was okay with it. Apparently she doesn't know the phones too well, because she hung up in my ear. I have been out of my medication, and have experienced several petite mal seizures because of it. I couldn't even get that out of my mouth thanks to her not letting me finish a sentence. I work with patients for a living, and the amount of unprofessionalism and uncaring was inexcusable. Whether or not you're frustrated at your job, or with ppl you have to deal with, you do not treat ppl with such blatant disregard. I hope for any other patients sake, that she is not left to deal with customers on her own anymore. Finally she came back and told me they could speed the medication up to arrive tomorrow. I asked what I am supposed to do until then, and it was quite obvious she couldn't care less. Beth, do yourself a favor, and find a job more suited to your skills. Preferably one that doesn't have you dealing directly with human beings.

Great service, even if my doctor messes up, they do there best to have me an my family medications ready as soon as they can , Ik there was a time short staff. But new staff is doing great. If i knew there names i would say. Highly recommend !!! For pharmacy, questions. An most all your, Shopping needs

Unacceptable. I've been sitting around for two days waiting for my prescription. Then I was told that it would be ready today, only to l try to pick it up and there our of stock.

Bottom Line: A sufficient drug store for basics, sundries and stuff. Overall, this Walgreens is decent. I typically stop in here for OTC drugs, greeting cards, candy, nail polish and other things I don't need on my way home from work. I converted to a mail order pharmacy many moons ago so I can't speak to the service at pharmacy. The store is organized and the staff is usually very friendly.

Everything is an issue. Always delayed, out of stock, back ordered etc. there's always a line 2-3 cars/people deep waiting. Problems go on and on every single time without reason, explanation or hope. Understaffed, unprepared, unequipped and incapable without exception.
