Andy and Lucy have been wonderful. We recently moved from Ellicott City, and were searching for a local engraver of stainless steel tags for our pharma/aerospace projects. They were extremely accommodating to our timeline, and went above and beyond to get our orders out in short notice. They turn out REALLY nice quality engraving! We will certainly be doing more business in the future with Victory. I promise to give them much more notice from now on!!

Called to get something engraved and unfortunately they weren’t able to do it in the time frame I needed, which was fine but they were extremely rude about it and even worse when I asked if they knew of anyone who could do it. Horrible customer service.

I was in the parking lot and had to call for directions. It's up the stairs in front of Park Books. My job was small, adding an entry to a wall plaque. They matched the existing font perfectly.

This place is amazing! My son's 8U baseball team was playing in a championship game and we found out on Saturday that the co-op league organizing the championship was not providing any type of recognition. The game was Monday. Of course as parents, we couldn't let that happen, so I called Victory Awards and Promotions Monday morning when they opened at 8A. They weren't sure they could turn around 26 trophies - 12 first place and 13 second place by the end of the day, but would look at what they had and call me back. They called me back in about 15mins and said they could do it. They had the trophies finished within 4 hours and they turned out amazing. The coaches, parents and players were happy! I don't usually like waiting until the last minute, but this was not planned. I definitely recommend this place for your trophy and medal needs. We will be ordering from them in the future and will give more than a few hours notice.

I called Victory in a panic when I realized something I’d ordered (elsewhere, online) was wrong. I saw online that the shop was closed on Saturdays but thought I’d leave a voicemail and hope that my problem (which required urgency) would be addressed on Monday. Well, the owner happened to be in, answered, told me to come on in, and helped me within an hour. He was beyond kind and helpful, and my awards look perfect. Somehow I didn’t know this gem was there; now they will have all of my business!

I reached out to Andy at Victory Awards & Promotions when looking for a special “trophy” to give as a birthday present to my mentor & Sr. VP I wasn’t sure if what I was looking for, but didn’t really want a standard trophy look. I was blown away by an option he offered —- a beautiful statue of a figure raising a star overhead all made in a mix of blue, green and clear glass. It was the perfect gift to give to someone who spends her time raising each of us to stardom. I highly recommend Victory Awards & Promotions for the quality of their product, prompt response to completing the order, price factor & customer service. The gift is prominently displayed on her desk, a place of honor previously reserved strictly for family photos. Many thanks Andy!
