Had a billing problem recently that took a lot of time and patience on the part of Chaz at the store. He was very patient and worked on the problem with me until it was resolved. The overseas person we were dealing with was not helpful, but through Chaz' efforts, the problem was resolved. Great customer service over my 28 years with Verizon, but especially on this occasion.

Jaq (Jacquelyn) was amazing. Took the time out to make sure we were savvy with our new phones before we left the store. Very patient and sweet. Seems new here but your store is lucky to have her!

Huge shout out to Jarrett here at the Severna Park Verizon. I had some issues trying to transfer service onto a newer device and Jarrett stayed with us in the parking lot after business hours to make sure that we are all good. His hospitality and customer service is beyond expectation. If you need to visit Verizon, do yourself a favor and ask for Jarrett!!!

Just got out of the Verizon store after trying to pick-up and activate a device I ordered over a week ago. I've never been treated so poorly by any customer service staff. It was shocking. I was turned away by Jarrett and he told he didn't have time and that he was the only one who could activate my device. I asked politely if any of the other employees could help me and he was extremely rude and aggressively told me no. He was extremely hostile towards me. Just wanted the owner to be aware. I ended up going to the Verizon store down the road and they helped me instantly. Still completely in shock.

I came in just to drop off equipment that I didn't ask for in the first place, but was then told I had to return or be billed $1,200 for it.
I was immediately corraled in a corner with two other customers trying to do the same thing (one of whom also received unwanted equipment). We all waited in line behind the customers receiving sales pitches for new service. I understand the purpose of a queue, but I would expect that the only Verizon location in the area accepting equipment would also have a more streamlined process for accepting it.
Also had a bit of a verbal altercation with Chaz, after he inaudibly mumbled the names on the list (the others next to me couldn't here what he was saying,) then started giving me attitude about it being my fault that I couldn't hear him.
Very happy to be finished with Verizon cable.

We waited a long time for service when going in the pick up my wifi extenders. We were rold to sit down when we got there. Then several workers walking by us not even looking in our direction they did not seem to be servicing anyone else. Finally one guy was asking another seemingly unoccupied worker if we might need help. I quickly said "yes, we do!". He was polite and quickly serviced us but the wait was ridiculous ?.
