“I have visited this location a few times to play Bingo on Tuesday nights. The building is definitely old but the staff does their best to keep it clean and well maintained. I never had any issues while visiting and it is a huge space to hold events.”

“Enjoyed a delicious Anniversary Dinner with Hubs on Easter Sunday. Lexi, our server was top notch! For our starters, we had Grilled and Chilled Shrimp Cocktail and Crab Dip. Next was a Cream of Crab Soup. Hub had an 8oz filet with grilled shrimp and I had Twin Lobster Tails with grilled vegetables. The star of the meal was definitely the Drunken Cherry Cheesecake- amazing!”

“Just like any American Legion, you can only get in if you are a member or are a guest of one. Accepts cash only, no credit card but does have an ATM on the premises. I think most have limited food menus. Full bar with beers on tap and bottled beer. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Occasionally, has live music on the weekends. Alcohol is very reasonably priced.”

“We host our annual fundraising event at the Maritime Museum. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure our event is successful each year. Beautiful view of the water and reserved parking for guests in lots a block away. This is a wonderful venue in Eastport for hosting any special occasion!”

“Definitely one of the best, or if not best in terms of atmosphere and service, places to dine in Annapolis! Everything on the menu is great and you cannot beat the view of spa creek with the boats sailing by.”

“Fun place if you want to hit some stuff! They charge you per the hour and inside they have suits if you want to pay extra. Otherwise you can go in in regular clothes. Definitely wear closed toe shoes. They give you a face shield to wear so your head is protected.”

“We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks at the Hornor Maritime Center in April and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The venue was a great space to entertain our nearly 70 guests. Our guests first enjoyed drinks on the deck overlooking Back Creek and then dinner inside. Lynn was an amazing coordinator. She assisted us with the planning (even letting us know that certain decorations were available by Hornor for our use) and coordinated with the vendors. She was responsive to our emails and questions in the months leading up to the event. Lynn was on site early the day of the event assisting with set-up and stayed throughout, ensuring that the evening ran smoothly. We were so pleased with our event here and would definitely use this venue again!”

“The hotel was in the middle of renovations when she stayed there it did not disrupt our stay. We were upgraded at check in and got a wonderful corner suite. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom as well as a mini kitchenette in the common space. Laundry room available if needed. We took the hotel shuttle to and from both the airport and train station. Breakfast served each morning and there was a social hour a few nights a week and beer/wine and snacks.”

“Had a great time with kids and grandkids. Impressive automation these days. Last time we bowled, everything was manual. Like that and the prices back then more, but still enjoyed ourselves. Nice ambiance and outstanding service.”

“Lived here for six years. Great community. Lots of walking paths, tot lots, great pool, and gym. The landscaping is excellent too. If you don't like living in an HOA, go elsewhere. If you don't like being told how to maintain the appearance of your property, don't buy in an HOA controlled community. AA County has plenty of other locations where you can let your grass grow tall, park a boat on your lawn, or keep trash out front. Not in this community.”

“I am volunteering today for the annual golf tournament benefitting MARINES HELPING HEROES. This golf course has been hosting this event for 17 years. MAJOR kudos to WALDEN COUNTRY CLUB and the Marines for this awesome event.”

“Nice property and professional staff, rooms were clean. Close to many restaurants and shopping options, convenient location off the highway. Two downsides; parking is not great especially if the hotel is busy and the rooms on the backside of the hotel, you WILL hear the highway traffic which can be a disruption to your sleep, other than that it’s a decent hotel.”

“We used this space for an educational seminar. The staff was kind and helpful when we met to sign the paperwork. They met me at the space and walked me around. Great location with many catering options nearby. Mid seminar my husband even got a smoothie from smoothie king. The whole class had Panera from 1 min up the road. They helped with tables and chairs and even banner poles.Convenient, clean, and comfortable place that allows for social distancing. Very happy with my experience.”

“My twin toddlers had a ball!! 18 months old and just walking, the space was perfect for their level. Definitely needed help getting in and out of the bouncy houses but once in they could move around without my help. It was a great time for all of us!!”

“I really like it at this place!!! I went for a show one night. Unfortunately they have a cover charge at night on a Saturday of $10, but I thought it was worth it.When you walk in you are on the line dancing side. Wednesdays and Saturdays they have lessons. Theres also a mechanical bull and pool tables on this side. Now through a door, you get to the “club” side where a DJ or live band plays. The doors on the side of the building open up and theres a beach area. Its super cool!! It reminded me a lot of Sloppy Joes in Key West. The band I saw perform was super good as well. Definitely a fun time.I stuck with whiskey and cokes all night, it was a little pricey for 2 drinks in my opinion.Parking: It gets busy quick!!!! That lot is not big enough for as many people that come. I luckily found parking, but it is tight.”

“We ended up booking the suite with queen bed and kitchenette for two nights after our airline changed our flight last minute and left us scrambling for another place to stay. Check-in was super easy. You can tell it's an older hotel but the rooms have had some updating and they're nice. The room was really clean and felt surprisingly spacious. The kitchenette is amazing so you can do some cooking and not have to go out and spend more money at restaurants. The bed was pretty comfortable and there was a nice workspace for my fiance. There are limited channels on the TV but it's a decent selection. Overall great stay and we'd definitely come back again.”

“We used Bleue's On The Water May 7th for my daughter's wedding. It turned out to be the absolute perfect location for our event. The food was delicious and plentiful. The cake was tasty. The atmosphere was joyous, festive, and a great time was had by all. I had hired a florist to add a few more bells and whistles but she didn't work out, but as it turned out, the venue was beautiful even without. We are even considering using them again later this year for a second event because the first one was so spectacular!!!”

“Nice hotel and nice rooms. They have the Westin workout which is an upgrade from a standard gym hotel, quite a few machines and dumbbells up to 50lb. The pool was closed on 3/13/24 not sure how long that will be for.”

“I initially found out about TBH through Groupon and I am so glad I did! I love it here!! Or, I should say, my kids love it here. ESPECIALLY Crystal. My goodness, what a beautiful person. It has been quite awhile since we have been back but that is just due to my own schedule. My girls can't wait to come back once the gross weather goes away and my schedule isn't so crazy! The Brick House is so imaginative and has every kind of Lego manufactured since the dawn of Legoman himself, haha. It is great. Lots of art supplies and other bits and bobbles for the kids to dig into. I just think it's great!!”
