Kevin at Top Nails in SP is the best. He does a fantastic job, and you aren't sitting there for hours. For anyone that wants an amazing manicure (he does all kinds as well as pedicures), highly recommend!

Cris Ly is awesome. Nails were beautifully done and held up better than others I have had. If you haven't been there you really should give them a try.
