I wish I could give 10 stars. What great customer service from this location! From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by James even though he was working with other customers (I notice he continued to do that for other customers coming in). I had my twin 6 year olds with me and was trying my best to get in and out because I knew their attention span wouldn’t be the best in this environment. Well, this store was prepared with a magnet and chalk board as well as a few toys. The twins kept themselves busy. James was great in answering questions and guiding me through some DIY paint jobs I was going to do at home this weekend. Shortly after, my son began asking James question and James was so wonderful in responding to him - from asking what he does with the rubber hammer to asking how the paint was mixed. James even offered to bring the kids to the back of the register and watch how the entire process work which was so fascinating for them. Everything from beginning to end was top notch service. James even walked out to my car with all the paint to save me a second trip. Highly recommend this location.
FYI I’ve been to several SW locations and in some I wouldn’t even be acknowledged (even while looking at paint colors for 30 mins).

I have been having difficulty locating a certain type of paint (oil based exterior paint) and have spoken with several people at various paint places, including other Sherwin Williams locations. Carlos at this Sherwin Williams location has been so helpful to me, advising me on alternative paints, asking me questions about what is to be painted, and even volunteering to check other stores' inventory and calling other stores to locate the product for me. Thank you, Carlos!

Steven did a terrific job matching 25 year old paint so we could touch up a small spot in our living room. He was incredibly helpful with advice and took the time needed to make the color match. Impossible to say how much we appreciated his help.

I had the nicest gentleman help me at Sherwin Williams! He’s helped me a few times before, but probably never remembered me. I came in needing a certain paint to finish my project. To my surprise the paint base was out of stock and they didn’t know when it would be back in. This man went above and beyond calling 3 other Sherwin Williams stores to find one for me. He finally found one in Baltimore and said he’d pick it up from that location on his day off. And he did! He called me today to come in and get it. The paint was already mixed when I walked in the door. What great customer service!!! This man used his day off to help me and provide top level customer service. He deserves recognition and I will be a loyal customer after this experience.

I actually stopped in twice this morning to purchase paint and supplies to freshen up my fitness studio. The first time in, Kris helped me choose the correct paint (color/finish) for my doors/baseboards. My next time in, Steven helped me choose the correct paint (color/finish) for my interior walls and front entry door. I truly appreciated the time each of them took to make sure I was comfortable with the process and my purchase decisions. The personalized customer service is why I always Shop Local first!
