I love shopping consignment. I should never enter any store and feel like I am being watched and to have it confirmed with someone following me around the store. The customer service at this establishment has always been lacking and the manager is condescending in her response to mediate a situation or an issue. One visit, I purchased shoes and they couldn't find one of the shoes. I was asked to come back or call to see if it was found. So I did, and I was told the shoe was not found and the manager says this will be the only time a refund is granted as if I had a baseless refund request. In addition, my last visit, I was followed around the store and my 2 teen daughters who were searching online using their phones to check if a shoe that was being sold there was real. Once at the register, "I was asked how would you be paying for this", I said with my card... and paid for the items. I sat and watched another patron who was not asked throw his card at her "the manager" and she laughs and giggle with him and then says have a great day...but she dared to even show any service to me and I was still standing there waiting for the items. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. THANK YOU FOR REMINDING ME THAT IGNORANCE STILL EXISTS.

Great place so shop! Tons of inventory that changes often. I have found wonderful deals on the sale rack. Sustainable way to shop. Have also consigned here. Friendly staff are always around to help.

Great doing business with them! They sold my dinette set and provided me with a fair cut from the sale. Also, they have a wide selection of merchandise at this location.

One of my absolute favorite consignment stores! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have both shopped and consigned items. Can not recommend enough!

This place REEKS! They must have a dozen scented plug-ins throughout the building. The smell punches you in the face the moment you walk in. Anything you buy in here will likely need to be washed several times just to get it out.Their prices are a bit crazy as well. Anything worth buying is marked-up considerably higher than the rest to the point where you are better off just buying something new.

Staff rude. Not very helpful. Beware of breakable policy. Even when they place things in precarious places where things are easy to knock over. You'll be walking away paying full price for an item you don't want. I guess both the house and the consigner make money on an item and the customer walks away with an unwanted item placed in their pathway. I can see paying the consigner portion but not full price. Put breakables in cabinets or shelves so this doesn't happen.

You are treated like dirt when you walk into Savvy. The staff is snobby and very few people are friendly. I'm not the only person in SP/Arnold that has this opinion. As a consignor, they do not value you as a customer and you are treated like you are expendable. If you want to pull ONE item early from inventory (a rare occurrence for me), they act like it's a huge problem and do not make any accommodations for you. Instead, their solution was to pull all of my things and said perhaps their competitor would be a better fit for me. This is after I was treated like sh*t on the phone by an employee, then disrespected by the owner. First rule of business is the customer is always right (even if you think they are not). You have a business based on customer products, you treat the customer with utmost respect. Terrible business and customer service.

Nice variety of items including quality furniture. Their handbags are high quality. Their prices are in line with the quality. I and a few friends wish they had more plus sizes as they only comprise about 10 percent of their clothing items. And frankly on all visits they weren't anything we'd like to buy. I'll be stopping back and checking on furniture soon.

They almost steal your items on consignment so the reviews here must be fake. Literally the staff in the store is the first to get your items for almost free. They don’t bother to notify you at the end of 30 days if you don’t pick up your items they sell your stuff and keep all profits. The good news is there is another high end consignment shop opening in Severna Park soon. Don’t take your items here to sell unless you are giving them away..drive done the road to Honeysuckle Consignment on Ritchie Hwy they are equally high end

I am about 5’1” and often find myself shopping in the juniors section of most retail stores to find clothes that fit. Which is a problem, because I’m almost 40 and my style preferences have changed! So, I was thrilled to find a beautiful, barely-worn dress at Savvy Consignment that fit perfectly and made me feel sophisticated and elegant. I love how inclusive their sizing is, ranging from petite through plus size! Such affordable pricing, even for high-end brands, and I noticed they have beautiful home decor, too. I can’t wait to return!
