I have never had a bad experience at the Safeway Pharmacy! Everyone is so friendly, so nice. I mean every single person I’ve dealt with and unfortunately I get a lot of medication’s. I have also received all my Covid vaccines here and everyone has always been lovely.

I went to the Starbucks at around 3:30 this afternoon. There was a young guy standing at the counter. I looked at the menu for a few seconds then went over to order. He never greeted me, nor did he seem very customer oriented. I spoke first to order. He told me how much I owed and to go to the end of the counter. I'm assuming he was upset because it was his break time, and I was holding him up apparently. As soon as I walked to the end of the counter to pick up my drink he walked away and as I was going to my car I saw him heading towards Subway. I get it, I know their breaks are timed., but he didn't need to take it out on me. On a positive note, the woman making the drinks was very pleasant!

I don't think I have ever had such a warm and helpful experience at a pharmacy. I was having trouble getting my GoodRx card approved for one of my prescriptions at another pharmacy and they were so quick and helpful in transferring over my medication to their pharmacy. Everyone was so kind and helpful/ knowledgable, professional and courteous. I did not have to wait long and they had what looked like a proper staff vs how it is at other big chain pharmacies and I really appreciated that.*A note to people who visit pharmacies: Please be patient and wait your turn even if it is just to ask a question. Don't interrupt a conversation that pertains to someone's well being and give the staff some space. We're all in this together, so lets be kind and considerate.

Best pharmacy I've been to!! Wonderful staff:) always friendly and eager to help! If something is out of stock they always try to find a solution whether it's calling other pharmacies in the area or even call my doctor to get my meds! I really recommend this pharmacy.

I asked the staff here about a simple question on vitamins, the main guy walked over and gave me a decent anwser. But, afterwards they all huddled up and were giggling about something. I don’t know exactly what they were giggling about but I assume it was about my question. It’s is very unprofessional and rude, will not be returning ever again.

Karen in the pharmacy is great! She was thorough, helpful, friendly. Just amazing, memorable experience. Also, the Starbucks manager, I forget her name, joy? She was very friendly. I loved that both people were patient with me (using good rx @ pharmacy is a pain)and listened to/answered my questions.Kim , I'm guessing the front end supervisor should be coached on customer service standards. There was a pricing mistake on Safeway's end and she refused to honor the price. I left with a different product, due to her inability to make a customer advocate decision, which I'm not even sure was the correct item for the price.....

Oh yea, I forgot to mention I am a person of color and the only person of color at the time that she manually scanned the remaining items for. I am not totally surprised as we are in Severna Park but I rather drive farther for a grocery store than be racially profiled as a Dad purchasing groceries after work. DO NOT COME TO THIS SAFEWAY, GO TO GIANTS, SHOPPERS, or FOOD LION

Generally great and friendly staff but they seem to always be out of stock on whatever you need. They promise “the order is out and it'll be in tomorrow†but it usually takes a few days until they suggest you go somewhere else.
