When I came back from a 2 month trip my starter had died. No surprise. Jermaine at precision not only got me in that day, but they stayed late just to get me home the next morning. 5 stars is not enough, and damn reasonable prices!!!

They are always honest and ethical. This repair shop will not take advantage of people who are not experienced with car maintenance/repairs.
On a Saturday afternoon, they checked out 4 families within 30-45 minutes. They provide excellent customer service!

I just got my car out of shop my transmission went up,Adam fixed it Daryl and trey, I want to thank all the guys my car is back on the road I never been so happy. Came in for rattling underneath my car. When I came to drop off my car they had me in the system for something different for what I called about then i asked for a alinment. When I get my car back they tell me they can't look at my car for the alignment cause the tires. First off I know I need mew tires why not just do the alignment and then I go get new tires and just get another alignment
Now for the actual 1 star rating the issue they "fixed" is still present and worse now.
My family has Ben coming here since u was 5 to see this scam stuff being pulled here is wild. DO NOT COME HERE

I had a super small leak somewhere and noticed upper hose had been dripping on water pump, so I had upper and lower radiator hoses replaced Dec 22,2023, after having this work done I had to keep adding coolant more then I was normally adding it and couldn't understand why. Then it snowed Jan 15 and when I walked outside on the 16th I noticed big yellow stain in front of drivers side tire. After poppin hood I noticed every hose clamp from the new hoses were dripping. I grabbed my socket to check the clamps and both ends on upper and lower hoses were not even tight or snugged up. After tightening them I then noticed coolant leaking from the bottom of water pump and this was a first because when I had hoses replaced it wasn't leaking at all. So for 25 days that my hoses were dripping under the hood its a good chance this is what damaged the water pump. I called precision that evening to talk to manager and he was not there or available and I spoke with a mechanic and told him what happened and to have manager call me and I've still never received a call back from anyone. I had to have it towed to jba and it cost me $875 plus 125 for towing all because they never tightened up 4 hose clamps. I'm so upset with precision right now. All I wanted was to find a local business to take care of something simple. And still no call back from anyone.

Excellent customer service and repairs done right using parts I supplied them with! Performed replacement of spark plugs, igniton coils, all 4 rotors and brake pads, brake, transmission, differential fluid flush, and alignment.
