Went to Bay Area tires after coming through the Dunkin line and the prices were not a huge difference of other places but definitely more convenient. Scheduled an appt for the next day. Took my truck in the next day. Got tires, Alignment and warranty. I was in and out within an hr and a half.”

“The Lube Center on MD-3 is awesome! All the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This was the best maintenance weekend I've probably ever had--with no appointments necessary. The experience was so great the first time around, I returned two more times that same day with my mom's AND my wife's cars! I loved how communicative my tech Jadin was during the entire process, how pleasant the cashier Taylor was, and how informative the manager Dakota was. The prices were reasonable and absolutely beats the experience at any dealership I've ever dealt with. I loved sitting in the car and watching YouTube while the maintenance was being done. The entire process only took about 20-25 minutes per vehicle. Oh, and I got a free car wash for every vehicle afterwards! I will definitely be returning to The Lube Center on MD-3 for all my maintenance needs from here on out...thanks team!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

The Parking Spot Bus Driver cleared about 6” of snow off my car with his brush and filled my tire with enough air to get to a repair place. I called to see if an auto place could help me and went toSNT Automotive401 S Camp Meade RoadEven though there was a sign on the door saying “we are full”, their parking lot was crammed full, and both bays were full, Duffy took the screw out of my tire, patched my tire, and told me there was no charge but sometimes people just tipped so I did. What could’ve been an hours long problem was just a matter of minutes. Highly recommend both Parking Spot and SNT!”

“We needed a windshield replaced on a truck. We originally took it to a large national competitor, who refused to do the work. Although they didn't do it in house, they recommended a wonderful gentleman who came and did an awesome job replacing the windshield. We also had to get an inspection order taken care of afterwards, which they took care of as well. Will definitely use their services in the future.”

“Hoping this post will help others in the area. I’ve been taking all our vehicles here for years. I trust jose with my cars and my kids cars. When my girls needed anything car related they went to jose . He has done it all from putting air in tires to all major repairs and if he cannot fix it he will tell you and will not take your money or waste your time ! This shop is honest trust worthy and affordable. It’s really hard to find auto shops like this one trust me if your in the area and you need work done this is the place to go . He is also open on Saturdays and to me that’s a big deal as it’s hard to do things such as your standard oil changes during the hectic work week. 5 stars for us all the way around my husband agrees !Services: Air & cabin filter replacement”

When I was waiting to go into the bay, Richard was at my window asking questions, checking lights and speeding up the process. The level of professionalism Richard provided was top notch. Others were just standing around not doing much but not him. I owned a business for 20 years and people like him are few & far between.
