She troubleshot and fixed a few different issues on a used Subaru that I had recently purchased, from a malfunctioning infotainment system to an a/c condenser that needed replacing, all while coordinating with my warranty company to get the covered repairs documented and approved. Wells is definitely my go-to shop now.”

The senior mechanic and his team were courteous, timely and most of all efficient, whilst taking care of what the car needed and what would need to be addressed in the near future.

“We're so grateful to the good people at Chaney Tire. We went to Chaney Tire in a panic on a Monday morning a few weeks ago because we had a nail in our tire and had a nine hour drive ahead of us. They looked at it right away and found that it was not, in fact, a nail but something that looked like a nail. They checked to make sure we were okay to make the long drive on that tire and sent us on our way with our minds at rest. Thank you Chaney Tire!”

They are professional and honest, as well as trustworthy. Jose is the best he always tells me what needs fixed now and what can wait for later never trying to upsell me. I’m a senior on a tight budget and never had a problem feeling like they are over charging. If you are in need of a local auto repair shop that is reasonable as well as timely and a local small business please check these great guys out you won’t be disappointed.”

“Great service on Friday, short wait to get in. Greeting was friendly. Not pushy, informative... Overall Great. Discovered a noise shortly after leaving. It wasn't serious but a strangely odd rattle. Took it back the next morning, as I am driving up, the tech walks out to meet me on the apron and said "you were here yesterday right? It looks like your skid plate is loose, is it noisy, I could see it as you drove up." They fixed it in 5 mins, no charge. Awesome service. Well Done team.”
“I had an issue with my car's AC unit that was unfixable to any backyard mechanic. I read and spent many hours on this car until I was told to call Mr. Mike at Jiffy Lube. And I can tell you that this was the right call. Jiffy Lube and Mike saved me from sweating bullets in this 100-degree weather! 10/10 communication 10/10 price 10/10 service! These guys do more than just change oil!”
“On a Friday evening, my serpentine belt happened to snap on the way home. Luckily, my car was able to make it to Jiffy Lube. The guys there quickly found the problem, but there wasn't a belt that would fit my car in the shop. Not only did they order the part, they ran out to get it from the store immediately. For a problem that would have left me without a car, the guys had me out of there in 1.5 hours (including getting the part). I really appreciate all of the work they did! Thanks for helping me out!”

A van and a truck. Your system states I have three vehicles with the van having both the van tags and truck tags. Please fix computer.”
