Amy Clark is the absolute best!!! I've had nothing but trouble the last 3 weeks. I've been on fraud and in and out of branches. I am traveling today and she went above and beyond to unblock my account. Please please please make sure she gets recognition! I finally felt heard and respected! I was giving up home and Amy gave me a sense of urgency and I am so thankful!!! Best customer service!!

This isn't so much about the branch as it is about the bank. After opening a new account, I had my direct deposit rejected because they "needed to make sure I wasn't opening a fraudulent account". This is a ridiculous excuse after having verified my identity with a drivers license. The truth is they messed up by releasing my savings account from an identity hold but not my checking. I've spent a week now tracking down a bounced direct deposit because every time I call M&T I get an different excuse - it's still here in our queue, it's back with your employer, it never came in at all, blah blah blah. Still don't have my paycheck. And I do not appreciate being accused by three different customer service reps of possibly trying to fraudulently open an account. How bout you assume your customers are honest until we price otherwise it keep those thoughts to yourself? I'm taking my banking elsewhere and so should you!

I love M and T bank for my local banking. Their online app is easy to use and there are lots of other banks for me to choose from. I like the convenience of a local bank and recently they helped me figure out a charge on my card so I didn't have to close it.

The most horrible and rude management I have ever come across in my life. Absolutely the worst. In particular, Michael Helms. So very rude. Which in turn makes all of the tellers there look like idiots as well. This branch makes ALL of M & T Bank look awful. We are changing banks because of how terrible they are here. Management should be fired.

We have been using M & T for our business banking for more than 5 years, after trying several other banks. M & T provides excellent customer service and a willingness to meet the needs of its clients. There was a brief period when they did not have driveup service, but that was because their building burned down and they had to relocate quickly. I have never experienced a charge to cash a check. Is too bad to see such reviews damage a fine company.

I have been with this bank since 2009. The staff is super polite and courteous. They do in fact have Drive up atm access available in the parking area across from it. The below comment is false. It accommodates to disabled, in that respect of them not having to get out of their vehicle. The drive up atm was installed shortly after they moved from their original burned down location and has not magically disappeared. However, account maximum withdraw from accounts at times can be inconvenient. This bank is good to use for reserve money for the most part! So if your into saving more money than spending this is a good option.
