After helping me navigate the Asurion process and clear everything off the phone for a replacement as per the Asurion policy, we realized that the phone had been fitted with an excellent screen protector(neither had detected it) and the phone wasn't broken at all! He suggested I try to cancel the claim and patiently waited while I got the agent to take care of it. Josh made no money at all with this interaction, but I will be sure to recommend to anyone and everyone to go to UBreakIFix Glen Burnie for all their device repair needs!!”

Luckily, I found an AT&T retailer at where Terrance quickly identified the issue and checked my account. It turned out I was due for an upgrade, and Terrance expertly sold me on the iPhone 15 Pro and some great accessories, all under $100. He set up my new device in just 15 minutes, and I made it to work on time. Terrance at the Glen Burnie AT&T store was fantastic, and I'll definitely return for future service.”

“My husband and I went into the store today so he could replace his phone. We had the pleasure of being helped by Katherine. She was friendly and personable, but also very knowledgeable. She helped my husband choose a new phone and even went above and beyond and assisted me with another issue I had with our account. Getting a new phone can sometimes be a long and stressful process, but Katherine made it very seamless and enjoyable. She thoroughly explains everything we would see on our next bill and make sure we were getting the best deal possible.

“I came to the store to change from my carrier Tr to AT&T. DeAndre showed great patience in dealing with the support center of Tr. The support center of Tr frequently did not understand the clearly expressed requests of DeAndre or used a convoluted approach to get the information we needed. It took over 45 minutes to get the information. DeAndre made sure that the change in service was completed fully before I left the store.
I believed he understood what I wanted and worked as expeditiously as possible to change my service. He kept his composure through repeated requests by Tr support for basic information. I felt he wanted to provide quality service rather than pushing me quickly out the door.
I would seek him out if I have other problems!”

“Took a friend there, she got a flip phone it's hard to get the names in, I don't know why they didn't use her sims card from the other phone, I don't think she will keep it. They told her she can go through email she doesn't do email ??????”
“I had to get a new Samsung yesterday. Chris was great, he spent over a hour transferring all my information over. He thought he was going to have to make me input all my contacts again. He refused to give up and finally did it. If you need to get anything done there ask for him.”

The store representative, Alaia, was prompt in her greeting me when Iarrived, listened attentively as I relayed my issue, and quickly resolved and retrieved my missing information that I accidentally deleted. “Had a billing problem recently that took a lot of time and patience on the part of Chaz at the store. He was very patient and worked on the problem with me until it was resolved. The overseas person we were dealing with was not helpful, but through Chaz' efforts, the problem was resolved. Great customer service over my 28 years with Verizon, but especially on this occasion.”
